Matt KI declined the $15 coverage when I reserved the truck, and then when I dropped it off I was charged. Issues like this are why I stopped using uhaul years ago. I gave the company another chance for a small project I was doing and it looks like I’ve been let down again.

Erik CThe young man helped with dropping the vehicle off the trailer. And while I was taking my vehicle home he had the car warmed up for me on my return. Above and beyond the call of duty I had a nice warm ride home in my car on a cold winterday. Much appreciated.
Rene AFrank communicated with me earlier in the week about where to drop off and the time. He was easy to get ahold of and his staff was super helpful.
Sara OIt took us an hour to get the code for the lock box because the office was closed. There needs to be a direct number that can be accessed for the code.
Rob WGreat customer service. Maybe a little quicker on the departure would be good. This is No fault of the good guy at the dealership. The issue was with the algorithm used by Uhaul. On the bright side this shouldn’t happen to anyone else at this location as the dealer has learned it’s work around.
Kima Kit’s a very small parking lot. hard to maneuver a vehicle into when there’s only one spot left.
Crystal BWill NEVER use uhaul again. Not recommended. Hurt my wrist during the move. Uhaul wanted $524 if I dropped off at a different location. So I had to drive it back to original location with a possible broken wrist. It was unsafe and VERY painful. Avoid using uhaul.

Jermere JWhen someone tells you the have a Ford 150 with extended cab, you should tell them the trailer isn't big enough. This way you don't screw up someone's life. I expect a full refund.
