Get the hours of the pickup location correct. The store was closed on Saturday even though your system said they were open. I had to get someone from the 800 support line to help convert the order to be able to pick it up using the website because the order couldn't be converted to work with the 24/7 app. I did get a credit for my trouble, but only after an hour and a half of working through it.
