I ordered and paid $10 for packing blankets/pads. It said that they were in the back, but it was snowing and 15 degrees outside and the latch was frozen so I could not open the back. I answers yes in the app so I could get the keys to the truck and get out of the cold. Only after I was able to get to the house and get a hair dryer to warm the latch so it would open did I discover that the blankest were not in the back.Scott C.

The overall pickup experience was very frustrating. It was my first time using U-Haul and I had to do everything off my phone with no customer service representatives on-site to talk with. The app took forever to load. On top of all that there was not a dolly in the truck so I had to drive to a different location to get one. Once I was there they didn't even have the correct dolly so I had to take a different one. I still had to pay full price for everything. Overall, a very frustrating experience.Christian S.
