The app crashed while trying to upload photos and didn't allow me to return to the reservation to upload them. Make sure you take good photos of the interior and exterior of the vehicle as well as a video in case you need them later.

Charles PThe uhaul app is practically useless because of the upload times. It would spin and then error out each time I had to upload a photo. I had to do both the pickup and dropoff on the browser instead, which worked fine. What's the point of an app if it's unusable?

PATRICIA BI had issues dropping the truck off the mileage was off a whole lot and the gas, so I was going to get charged a lot more. I spoke with Tony Ralph at the facility and he helped me out a lot and was very kind and I have no extra charges
Renee CFacility is scheduled to open at 9am on a Saturday, which is late for this type of service. The facility did not open until 9:20, when the employees or owners arrived. Software and check-in process is very slow.

Patricia MI registered to use the Truck Share 24/7 service which was extremely frustrating. At first it would not let me create an account, then when I created an account it couldn't find my order. This meant I couldn't pick up the truck. My reservation was originally with American Store & Lock, and nobody was at the office all day (Friday) and nobody answered the phones. The next day, I was able to move my reservation to Vics Autobody, and they were excellent. Easy and pleasant pickup and no problems at all. I won't be using American Store & Lock or Truck Share 24/7 again, but Vics Autobody was great in what was otherwise a very frustrating experience.
