My truck had a strong odor of gas in the box on the back of the truck. I did not inspect the truck prior to leaving the facility, so I take responsibility for that. I returned the truck the next day after moving essential heavy furniture to return the truck a day early. The staff were very cordial. They readily recognized the odor upon inspecting the truck and refunded my one day. The integrity this team displayed is why I would recommend this location to others in the future. They were fair, honest, and demonstrated integrity. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of the gas odor in the truck. The interaction with the staff, by itself, was 5-stars.BRIAN J.

The app had a lot of issues. I think if you made it so that all pictures are uploaded perhaps there wouldn't be a glitch. The only time I had trouble was when it switched from "take a picture" to "upload a picture"Dion E B.
