The gentalman that assisted me was kind and helped greatly but the uhaul was dirty, Several blankets unfolded and in back, where it was in need of a sweeping. I was told to have the gas on 1/4 tank gas as I did. Never was told how long I had till I had to return it (4 days) as I found out when I dropped it off. I also was told since I was using cash I'd have to give a $100 deposit and it would be refunded upon drop off. When I dropped the uhaul off, I was donned as the uhaul was dirty. I dropped it off cleaner than when I got it and gas was where I was told to. They said I went over my milage 500 miles over and my trip was only aboutv130 miles. So I'm extreamly disappointed. $80 dollars of disappointment. Its stressful moving and this just added extra stress. BOO UHAUL!! NOT GOOD.

Reserved a tow dolly and my car had not been chained up, tow dolly was broken and uhaul was dirty, but i was given extra miles and an extra day

Owner distracted as it was during lunch in the cafe. I didn’t get a dolly which I had reserved and didn’t know it until I had made it home. I was over charged from my original quote and didn’t even get a receipt because he didn’t have a printer. I will be calling U-Haul main office because I need that receipt.

Person wasn't happy to receive U-Haul trucks from other company nowhere to park their stuff bunch of stuff going on but it's just a mess didn't get the paperwork into the company in time still don't know if it charge my wife more on the credit card or not not very happy with it
