I had a problem connecting with the UHaul app to get the key. My daughter was with me and the app worked on her phone. Both are Android phones, mine a Google Pixel which should have worked. Don't know why there was a problem. Will find out (maybe) if I have to use it again.James D.

The truck I had â€˜reserved' I was told had not been brought back. He didn't seem too concerned by this. I took a smaller one however this resulted in high costs in mileage - would have been better off paying a mover and not suffered the bad back and hassle to be honest. The checkout person was not helpful. I felt like I was at a self service rental place. I was told to use an app when I reviewed the vehicle for damages which did not work with my phone. I was told to use an app when returning the vehicle. I spent over an hour on this and I could not get it to work. The rental location was closed on Sunday. I had to go by there in order to even begin using the return app which I was at home when I started using it. I drove over to the location and I still could not get it to work. I will never go there again. I would use someone else for uhaul because of other bad experiences with Uhaul old equipment but the competition is just not there.CAROL C.

The location is easy to miss and not well marked from the road. It wasn't clear where to go or what to do, so we checked in on the app. Staff did come out later and offered to check us in. The return went fine, but I wouldn't choose this location again.JACOB S.

I had reserved a u haul and took an Uber to the location to pick it up. I needed the 15â€. When I got there, the place was closed and I had no way of getting the truck. I arrived at the location at 10am. The sign said they opened at 9:00am but like I said, no one was there and the place was locked. I had to order another Uber to a different location and luckily this place was actually open like it had said. Bad experience from U Haul vendors.Nelson S.

This box is too small to put all of the details of what I have experienced with my rental. The pickup store location person (Harry I believe at Viking) that we dealt with was an absolute idiot. At one point he called me for directions on what a person at U-Haul told me that needed to be done to correct a charge/service that I didn't add nor ask for at the time the rental was arranged. I don't expect you to follow up with my in regards to this as I'm sure I am a drop in the bucket.Gene H.
I requested another location as preference, but they didn't have a truck available, even though I requested the truck 3 weeks in advance. No one called me from Uhaul, I called the prefered location to confirm truck and they were the ones who told me about it. The new location didn't have moving blankets for me, so i had to go to 2 locations to get what I needed. Overall a messy process.MELISSA B.

I wish that UHaul explained a little better how the process of a share worked before we got there. There were a lot of steps for the pick up and drop off. When we dropped off, it was dark, we were exhausted, and we had to get back into the truck to do the picks, etc. it wasn't bad, we just didn't expect all the photo requirements, etc, and we were so tired.Pete G.

The store itself is hot and small, no place to sit while waiting on the one guy behind the counter to help the people in front of you. We returned our truck and followed the instructions through the link that was sent but was still charged a $20 fee. Truck itself was okay but overall disappointing experience.Brandy C.
