The process was awkward and in an area with little reception the on-line process was so slow it would time out. After calling the help number I encountered one person who sounded like she was asleep. Another person kept telling me my contact was not answering the phone even though he said he did not receive a call. When he called by responding to the text, he was put on hold for 15 Minutes until he was disconnected. Never agin and I am a long time U-Haul user.

It took over a month to finally get my receipt and finished days after everything was done pending on my account. I was super confused about the payment process. Honestly I wasn’t sure if I was gonna get charged at all and now I’m seeing a few hundred dollars estimate that I had previously seen, but was confused about. Finally got my receipt today. And have to wait for a damage report still because I had an incident with the mirror and was super confused on how to report that properly and wasn’t sure what to do but found a way to let somebody know and it took them this long to get to it It’s been basically about a month. I’m not disgruntled or upset. I’m completely happy with the service and just wanna make sure that whatever happened that everything is communicated clearly improperly to all parties and that If there is anything that I should know possibly I could get a response. I saved a little money by dropping off at a less convenient location. But the parking lot was in very poor condition. The fence had been knocked over and there was no gate, just an open unsecured lot. I dropped off on a Saturday afternoon and was within their "operating hours". However, the door was locked, nobody answered when I knocked and the key drop box did not seem safe at all. I phoned to try to hand the key over to make it a more secure drop off, but the employee that answered the phone just told me to put the key in the box. I hope the truck remained safe.

I turned the truck in while the facility was closed. To be charged an extra day when the vehicle could not be turned around is a rip-off. Furthermore, I gassed up the vehicle to where it was when I picked it up. $45 for 9 more gallons of gas feels like another rip-off. I am not happy and feel abused by the return location and/or U-Haul. Additionally, the trucks drive train felt defective in that the engine would rev up to 4000 rpm when I stepped on the brakes. This experience was overall negative and I cannot recommend U-Haul based on my experience this time.

They did not include the Dolly that I needed for my move made things much harder the lock did not open was rusty and old took us forty mins of messing it to get it open it was also hard to relock when we returned owner is never there office is not open and you can not reach anyone I do not recommend!!!! Customer service at u haul was great though !

Truck dirty and dog hair

They can was not clean and had lots of trash in it. It did not bother me. I just cleaned it out. The man was mad i had the uhaul two weeks and keep trying to make me bring it back. He also ended up assigning someone to it but its ok. I returned it no problem.

Vic was a little late coming in but in fairness I booked the rental that morning on line. When he did arrive he was quick to do the paperwork and assisted in hooking up the trailer and getting me in the road. He was polite and because of the late start, allowed me to return the trailer after business hours. Overall a really good experience

I would like for my receipt of return on time not Rob me of more time than I actually rented it out for. If I return it overnight and there is no one to check it I at least expect it to be checked in the next morning. That is stealing my hard-earned money.

The gentlemen who works the yard is great and was very helpful. We showed up, went through the contracts, he hooked up the equipment for me, and off we went. I wasn’t expecting any more than that for a trailer rental. Thanks for your help!

The customer service at this location was horrible. It was only one staff member working there so I was made to wait several time why he attended to others coming into the store. There was a issue with the link for the drivers license and that delayed everything as well.

opening was 9:30 arrived at 11 location was closed Called post number I was told they would open around 11;30 or later. Just drop the trailer I had a 12 foot to heavy for me to remove. someone passing by remove the trailer from the car

THE WORST!! The condition of the van was deplorable! The van looked as if it had been in an accident. It had a long dent that stretched from one side of the door to the other. The inside smelled disgusting & the seat looked like it had cat hair all over it. After the heat was on for about 10 minutes we had to turn it back off due to the burnt fume smells it was putting out & my husband said that the van felt like it had a miss in it. I will never patron them again!

Why was I charged a cleaning fee to clean up the dirt in the cab that was there when I checked in???. I even took and uploaded the photo during check in. Why was I billed to clean up the mess people before me left???

I really appreciated the level of service I received, especially on a Saturday! The staff member who set me up with my rental was super helpful! He was very friendly and understanding. If you in the Dover area and you need a U-Haul, Vik's is a great place to go!

You can know some of these other things maybe you can clean up a little bit in your office and make it look a little bit more like a professional but other than that all the services to the cars they're your trucks the pickups air they're clean and I love your attitude you're very gracious person a good person to talk to and I know you help people God bless you I hope your business
