The process was awkward and in an area with little reception the on-line process was so slow it would time out. After calling the help number I encountered one person who sounded like she was asleep. Another person kept telling me my contact was not answering the phone even though he said he did not receive a call. When he called by responding to the text, he was put on hold for 15 Minutes until he was disconnected. Never agin and I am a long time U-Haul user.

Honestly I wasn’t sure if I was gonna get charged at all and now I’m seeing a few hundred dollars estimate that I had previously seen, but was confused about. Finally got my receipt today. And have to wait for a damage report still because I had an incident with the mirror and was super confused on how to report that properly and wasn’t sure what to do but found a way to let somebody know and it took them this long to get to it It’s been basically about a month. I’m not disgruntled or upset. I’m completely happy with the service and just wanna make sure that whatever happened that everything is communicated clearly improperly to all parties and that If there is anything that I should know possibly I could get a response. Pearl DonophanI saved a little money by dropping off at a less convenient location. But the parking lot was in very poor condition. The fence had been knocked over and there was no gate, just an open unsecured lot. I dropped off on a Saturday afternoon and was within their "operating hours". However, the door was locked, nobody answered when I knocked and the key drop box did not seem safe at all. I phoned to try to hand the key over to make it a more secure drop off, but the employee that answered the phone just told me to put the key in the box. I hope the truck remained safe.
Denise SousaI turned the truck in while the facility was closed. To be charged an extra day when the vehicle could not be turned around is a rip-off. Furthermore, I gassed up the vehicle to where it was when I picked it up. $45 for 9 more gallons of gas feels like another rip-off. I am not happy and feel abused by the return location and/or U-Haul. Additionally, the trucks drive train felt defective in that the engine would rev up to 4000 rpm when I stepped on the brakes. This experience was overall negative and I cannot recommend U-Haul based on my experience this time.

When he did arrive he was quick to do the paperwork and assisted in hooking up the trailer and getting me in the road. He was polite and because of the late start, allowed me to return the trailer after business hours. Overall a really good experience

rich duncanTHE WORST!! The condition of the van was deplorable! The van looked as if it had been in an accident. It had a long dent that stretched from one side of the door to the other. The inside smelled disgusting & the seat looked like it had cat hair all over it. After the heat was on for about 10 minutes we had to turn it back off due to the burnt fume smells it was putting out & my husband said that the van felt like it had a miss in it. I will never patron them again!
