I reserved my original uhaul in November 2020 for my move in May 2021. I double checked my reservation added all the required info for remote check in and payment and the location cancelled my reservation 2 days prior without notifying me!! I had to drive an hour to get another truck. That was so upsetting! The uhaul representative not the location was very helpful and kind. That should never happen though. I should have been called if there was any issue with my original reservation to rectify any issues.Gregory L.

They took money off my card, and giving me the run around about it. Its funny I got this survey before I even received a receipt for what was charge for I'm still waiting on that. I called the 1800 number, I called Chad whom I was referred to, I went to the location and still no answers to my question, who charged my card 3 times!!!Tashiro T.
