Location had no Signage indicating it was a u haul location. However they were very nice and i'm helping me get the truck.

There was no flexibility with the reservation. Parking when returning the uhaul was poorly communicated and planned out and a bit of a sketchy process.

I wasn’t told I had to fill the gas tank up and had a $40 extra charge that I was not expecting. She was excellent but I wish she would have told me ahead of time that I needed to fill up the gas

Drop off location was unique. It doubled as a Vintage goods store. Karin was helpful. The church parking lot next door made it convenient to drop the vehicle in, in a very congested neighborhood.

those running this location (an antique store) did not know the procedures. The person at the desk who was the only person on location had to call a second person who had to speak to me on speakerphone to walk me through the process. And then, during the return, they told me to just text this number my information about the miles, and the entire process definitely needs to be improved upon because the pick up and drop off took way longer than they should have have.

Told me to repark by finding street parking in a nearby neighborhood rather than in the parking lot behind the shop. Don't accept drop offs if you have no room for the truck

Uhaul charge me extra for additional hours, but lady on the desk did it tell me about it

It was a very nice experience, the associate that assisted me was very nice, explained the drop off procedure since I was returning after hours. The only issue I had was whoever had the van before me had smoked heavily in it and I'm not talking about cigarettes.
