I had a reservation number and still had to do slow paperwork very slow and was over hour before anyone was at store to check me out. But don't change he is closer than town, so can tolerate the inconvenience. Thanks for everything.

Thomas MI had a problem getting my U-haul rental truck reservation - I got an email saying it was booked, but then found that it wasn't. When I re-booked, I was sent to a remote location. Then there was a problem getting my drivers license transmitted to U-haul. Overall it was a terrible experience and I blame it on U-haul's reliance on technology instead of human beings. A trend which I do not like. However, that has nothing to do with the location - it has to do with U-haul as a Company.
