The windshield on the truck was extremely dirty from previous travel. I actually had to stop at a self serve car wash and use a professional brush and spray to clean it so I could see. The back of the truck also had trash in it as well. The lady who helped me at check in was very nice though. The check in process did not take very long and she was very polite.kevin L.

Scheduling of trucks was my problem. Started out with what i thought was going to be a smooth 1:00 pm Saturday reservation in SNELLVILLE got changed to BUFORD then got updated to TUCKER only later on to get updated to a 2:00 reservation STONE MOUNTAIN and had to check out truck with an annoying app that i had to download with confusing instructions (which included watching a video) - thankfully the SNELLVILLE uhaul rep gave me the lock box code and i was able to get the truck but it was a slight nightmare - needless to say the time wasted.Andrae V.

The lady who helped us at this location went above and beyond in our opinion. UHaul had quoted a lower price when I called and made the reservation than was showing up when we went to pick up the truck. The lady got on the phone with UHaul trying to get the price corrected. The UHaul employee told her to give us a $50 credit but that she (the lady from Visions) would have to accept responsibility. She said no because she had not made the error. Instead, she gave us $30 (the difference) from her own wallet. She spent over an hour trying to getting this problem resolved for us!pam G.

The problem wasn't so much the drop off location, but complete administrative incompetence on the side of U-HAUL. First of all, after following directions on my printout, I called U-HAUL to drop my truck off at the nearest location. Upon arriving at the prescribed location, I was greeted by an angry Senegalese man who told me he did not want my truck, and that it was not an appropriate location. I had to immediately call U-HAUL back, who helpfully suggested the angry Senegalese man "refresh his page", and I sheepishly relayed this helpful advice to him. He asked to speak to my phone. I handed it off, and he angrily told the U-HAUL representative that his landlord told him he cannot keep more than three trucks, and that he has told them that multiple times. He gave the phone back, and I was routed to another location. When I arrived at the second location, Inwas greeted with a cheerful (if not somewhat naive) woman who asked me to back the truck in instead of parking it in a parking space. When it came time to checkout, I informed her that I asked for a dolly and had paid for a dolly, but they never gave me one in the truck. I was asked to (once again) call U-HAUL to straighten it out. I called. I told the representative. He asked me to wait so he could confirm they still had the dolly at the pickup location. I waited. 20 minutes later, he confirmed they did, and asked to speak with the checkout clerk. I finally get a printout, and I notice UHAUL was charging me for an extra day ... ostensibly because I was an hour late in returning the vehicle after I had been routed to two locations and waited an hour with customer service so they could get their shit straight. I began to understand why the Senegalese man was so angry. I called UHAUL. Again. Five minutes later, the representative agreed with my angry interpretation of events and gave me an extra day. Great. Got another printout to sign. Then I noticed they didn't give me the $12 dollar dolly fee back. I called UHAUL again. I described my woes like I previously thought only an angry Senegalise man could, and I was out on hold again to talk to a superior. The superior put me on hold while she confirmed the dolly was still at the pickup location. I waited. She returned and to no one's mutual astonishment, confirmed they did in fact have the dolly. She apologized. But, she said, she could file a customer complain and have the money returned in "3-5 business days." Unbelievable. So at this point, I had waited over two hours, had gotten confirmation from two UHAUL representatives that I never got a dolly, and yet they couldn't simply refund me the money that was universally agreed to be unfairly charged. I've rented from UHAUL many times in the course of my life, but his will be the last. Fuck you, UHAUL. Fuck you.CHRISTOPHER C.

Truck was dirty with cigarette butts and sunflower seeds in ashtray, along with a used bottle of water. Gas tank was also not full and mileage was wrong upon check out. Also, no blankets were available at this facility and check out took almost 20 minutes even though I pre-checked early. I had movers waiting for me so time was of the essence to get the truck to my house. On the upside, Facility Manager Marilyn was very friendly and helpful and she resolved most of the issues on the spot. However, I feel the truck was not properly prepared for me to rent and the whole check-in process could have been more efficient.ROBERT I.

I would reccommend Uhaul remove their services from this location. The person in charge, Ms Marilyn Hendersen was very rude, obnoxious unhelpful, and ignorant. When I called for directions to her location first of all it took 7 times before someone answered the phone, it kept going to a personal voice mail; when she finally answered she told me she did not know and that I was to use mapquest; i explained I have no way of doing that, she wished me good luck in finding her! After filling the tank with gas, I arrived at the drop off location 1 hour later after being terribly lost in a neighbourhood I did not know, I called Ms. Hendersen 12 times whilst on the road with a 26 ft truck, and no one answered, it kept going to her peronal voicemail, I ended up calling the pick up location and they mapped Ms. Hendersens location whilst I was on the road; When we arrived Ms Hendersen joked about us finally arriving, needless to say we were not amused; after explaining the trouble we went through with no one answering the phone to help us she made it clear that she was out and that she told me to mapquest; there was no sympathy from her, my husband was upset by her stink attitude; she charged us for not having the correct level of gas in the truck and because we got there late, and although I tried to explain, she did not want to hear. I was devasted, disgusted and disappointed. She even went as far as to call the police because she did not like my husbands tone. She had her store full of family members all visiting including babies and toddlers running around, the place was chaotic, everyone sitting around eating chicken wings and having a good old time! Once I realized that this unprofessional woman was going to charge my credit card on file I immediately called Uhaul customer service, whilst on the phone with Uhaul, this woman asked me to step outside and conduct any business I had with Uhaul outside her store as she was "done" with me, I was by this time at a loss for words and was insulted by her behaviour. Uhaul should not have someone like this representing them. No amount of training and revaluation can save this one. I will be seeking a full refund for the cost of the truck and the additional charges that were placed on my card by Ms. Hendersen, and there will be a lawsuit filed.ANGELA A.

roaches in the hauling part of the truck, agent never left her seat- asked me to check the gas and mileage when i returned with the truck and called me shortly after i left to tell me she left a dolly on the truck by mistake. i stopped to check and i didnt find the dolly, i found about 2 dozen roaches scattering when i opened the door!!! I got cans of bug spray and bleach and poured it all over everything in the back of the truck. Then my husband filled a bucket full of hot water, poured it into the back of the truck, and then mopped it out. we were going to keep the truck for 24 hours and continue using it but after that ordeal, we just kept the truck for about 6 hours and rushed to bring it back! this location had a special for a $29.95 truck for $19.95. I was assessed a late charge because the person working there said they were closed on Sunday and didn't know if I dropped it on time or not so they charged me! Now I have to wait 3-4 bank days to have the charges reversed. Ridiculous!TERINA I.

I rented a tow dolly. The left tail light did not work for breaking or turn signal. I noticed it half way through the trip when I was on the road and felt there was nothing I could do, but hope and pray that this faulty tail light did not bring me a ticket or worst yet an accident. I feel that mine and my family's safety was at risk because of this broken tail light. I asked if they would compensate me at least one day on the rental bill for the faulty equipment. She said she could not. This U-Haul location was very unprofessional because they had crying babies running around the office and because of this they had to keep the front door locked. I would definitely not recommend this location to a friend or family member.PAULA S.

The staff @ this location is excellent. The problem is that they just don't have enough equipment options. I accidently rented a truck that did not have a loading ramp to move a washer and dryer and found myself having to go to another location to obtain the truck with a ramp. They also do not have dollies which was not indicated online when I rented my first truck. I chose this location because I was able to walk there from my home and leave my car securely in my drive way. My next rental will be from another location. Again the staff was wonderful and accomadating in every way. No complaints with them.Carolina R.
I would like to see that location within Vision Insurance to install a drop box. They don't have any where for the customers to place the keys after usage. It is not safe to leave the keys in the truck under the mat until the next morning.PATRICIA H.
The RESERVATION CENTER was really no help. They had an attitude with me even as I stayed calm and explained that I was not upset but I just wanted to get my order correct. They did nothing to help me. The U-Haul Center at 4577 Rockbridge Road, #A, Stone Mountain, GA 30083 was very helpful to me. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. They took time out of there personal schedule to make sure that everything that I requested I had and to make sure that all my questions were answered in full detail. They were able to do what the supposed coperate reservation office was not able to do. On a scale of 1-10 they need to get 100. They were always polite and understanding even in the midst of the confusion with my order. If I ever need a U-Haul, I will always go to this location first. Great Job!!!SERGARACE E.
