Upon arrival, I presented my ID and answered all questions to confirm the information I provided in my reservation/application. Then I was told that I must provide the name and telephone number of an individual other than the person with me, who could confirm my identity. The uhaul representative did, in fact, call the numbers I gave until someone answered. She said this was a "new requirement as a result of the train accident that had recently occurred in Oregon." It made no sense at all. Further, a Caucasian gentlemen entered the establishment after I did to rent a truck. He presented ID but no phone call was made. I rented a trailer and it took longer plus I arrived before he did. This is clearly a discriminatory act. I fully intend to follow up with this.

Friendly and efficient. Helped with all my questions. I would suggest that you make it more obvious how to measure the amount of tongue weight. By that I mean the information measuring the trailer EMPTY and then again full. Most people have no real way of estimating what each of their boxes weigh and therefore have to guess at how much of the weight if forward. Also, I would it more prominent that the while 60% forward is the goal, more than 60% is NOT GOOD.

Although I am familiar with function of the auto transport Voss Storage should ask the renter if they are familiar with function and/or have questions. All over my experience with Voss Storage was very good.

Don't nickel and dime people. The staff were very friendly and I don't blame them at all, but come on! They couldn't tape the bottom of two boxes for me. The post office does that with no problem and they are the dinosaurs of customer service. Great people though at uhaul. They were so nice!

The young man who checked me out was fairly knowledgeable but very slow and hesitant. His supervisor kept interrupting his progress and seemed more a hinderance than an assist.

I went to one location they did not have the product. I was sent to another location the lady was rude and impatient. Better customer service. The manager think they own UHaul. The first location I went two was very nice they just didn't have the product.

Trailer back light did nit work. I recieved a ticket and warning while driving at night because the trailer lights were not working. I also had lots of damage unloading my Mercedes 2012 sports car.

If there's a next time cuz this was my second time. I would very much appreciate attention from the employee for a yes I am a paying customer not only did we rent out of this location we ran all over for our company they are very eager to obtain charge any little thing I noticed that he received my trailer everything's fine then I received an email charging me $10 to clean it I called him back and he said there is a little amount of glass so he had to have somebody clean it last time I also asked him why he charged me fuel charge when I took pictures before and after and then he apologized later and said that the truck was a little slope that's why it's marked last gas but yes I see that they're very eager to up charge any little thing they can thank you

Go over with the customer on the final bill charges. Instead of the charge costing me 180.31 which is what was told my charge was I had all the extras adding in resulting in a total of 288.55 which I did not have and now overdrawn 1st time in life because of it. I will NEVER use Uhaul again because of this. You make sure you go over bill that is Uhaul job not mine

Was told to come pick up vehicle at 7am, was late due to family reasons and was told to pick up vehicle for use at another location. This wasn't a problem except for the fact that we made sure to ask the employees working there if we still needed to bring back the vehicle before 6pm. We were told, "No, you can use it afterwards or as long as you need to for the day." When it came time to finally return the vehicle around 9 or so, we were charged an extra day because we didn't bring the vehicle before 6pm even though we were told otherwise. After the charge for the extra day was made, we weren't even allowed to use it anyways. Never again will I do business with you people, ever.

Reservation experience was easy, Karen took my call and made the reservation just as I requested. The truck was older with a lot of miles on and it did run fine, but the windshield could have been a lot cleaner. Otherwise the truck mechanicals were fine. There were a lot of marks on the truck identifying damage spots (most were decals that were deteriorating) which made me think I might get charged for something very minor. When I returned the vehicle, they didn't check the vehicle until sometime after I had left. Again, I was concerned that they might find some fault that I would not be there to defend. However, the email I received the following day was accurate and nothing abnormal in the billing. Overall, a positive experience and I would definitely recommend this U-Haul location to anyone. Thanks!

Nothing. All is well with services provided. Employees are kind ready to help and answer the many questions I had for them. No lazy people there and it's super hot outside. They made it easier then I expected. I am very impressed with both women and man that works there and thankful they helped me so much from the time I called till the time I dropped truck off. I have used Uhaul for six moves in the last four years. I have two kids in college and they have both moved twice, moved my brother and once, myself. This pick up place did not have the same customer service that the other places I have used. The process took longer then instead of pulling up my truck, they sent me to a field next door to search for my own truck. Couldn't even tell me which one was mine. I reserved and paid a week in advance and it was like they didn't even know I was coming. The millage was incorrect, has a thousand more than on paper. Instead of redoing the paperwork, one of the attendants initialed the paperwork and said she would email me a correction. I never received it. Thank goodness the returning store helped me when I got there.

Only one associate to check folks out/help with rentals before a major Texas hurricane. Very polite but long wait. Overall, very good experience with friendly staff (just too few of them :) ) Will definitely return and recommend.

There was an employee name karen very helpful in the inside paperwork but when it came to hooking up my trailer she was very lacking in that area so did not know how to hoop up the trailer also she did not know to cross cross the chains and twist them to get the slack out also she did not know how to properly hook up the wiring so not to cut or get damaged doing rental. this is not to get anyone in trouble but to bring attention to a very serious issue so that more training can be done,

The truck was very out dated. The seals on the doors/Windows were bad and it gave me migraines across the country. The gas was at 3/4 tank so I had to fill up before I left. The trailer got a flat and when I called the 1800 number it said to go online to vet hell. There was no place to make a service request so I had to call back and sat on hold for 45 min! Then it room another 2 hrs to get the flat fixed. When I called today to find a place to drop off my equip and get a storage unit I was told I could do everything at one location. When I got there to drop off the trailer I was told they canto take it because they're full. I had to call the 1800 number again and 30 mi. Later it was straightened out. That's time was very k.portant to me. I had movers meet I g me at my new home and I had to lay them hourly while I disputed with uhaul. Everyone is on a different page. Also, when I called and reserved my storage unit and paid for it I wasn't told I needed a certain lock or that I needed renters insurance. Again I had to call my I seance which took 30 min and I was paying movers to sit there because uhaul wouldn't allow them to move my stuff into my storage unit. Uhaul is so much more expensive than budget and I regret not using them. Their trucks are apt nicer and it seems like their customer service knows how to do their jobs.

I scheduled pick up time for 7 AM and on the day of the pick up I received a text message that the time was moved to 12 PM. I was okay with this later time even though it would have been better at the earlier time I wanted. Once I arrived to the location there was one employee at the counter helping the only other customer there. He greeted me and said he will be right with me to which I responded no problem. Once the time ran long I decided to use the mobile app while in line to check in, pay for the rental and get things moving along. After 30 minutes of waiting for the one counter person to finish helping the one customer ahead of me it was finally my turn. He looked up my confirmation # and asked for payment to which I responded I already paid on my phone while waiting. He researched but could not find my payment so he called the regional manager Phil which was very rude & didn't seem interested in helping. I spoke to Phil over the phone & he continued with the unwilling to help & rude attitude. He told the General Manager which was helping me to reboot his computer & that should do it. This did not do it! And Phil offered no other support which was very disappointing! At this point another employee walked in & tried to help on a different computer, but it was the same issue as before. By this time I have been in the place about 45 minutes before the General Manager said to go ahead & take the rental and they will fix the issues on their end then get back to me. They charged my credit card the extra $40 something that we agreed I didn't want but would pay then get reimbursed later and will do a discount due to the inconvenience of the entire experience. Well now I have waited a whole week to see if the refund and discount will occur and it has not! This upsets me even more than horrible experience I had there to begin with! I would like a call back from the highest level supervisor which will make this right & take care of the charges I did not agree to as well as the "inconvenience discount" that I didn't receive. We were disappointed to find out we do not get our 1 month free storage unit rent. When we did search in UHaul they were listed as one of the laces for uhaul and 1 month free rent. They told us they are not officially uhaul for storage and we would not get 1 month free rent. Your website is very very misleading and needs to be fixed.
