Well when i picked up the truck is it was all the way on E. I paid in total $103 for the small truck. Was told as long as i don't go over the 100 miles that i was charged for it should be only $80..that was a lie..not to mention the i put $15 bucks in the tank and it still had more gas in it than when i originally pick it up...also the cab of the truck was pretty filthy.

Above comments. Otherwise- Uhaul had always treated me very fairly and I will continue to use them. They could put better effort in cleaning the vehicle before you drive away and maintain it better

The reservation process was a total bad experience. My pickup location was changed 5 times in a span of a day which had me going 50 RT out of my way and delayed my move departure time.
