I'm glad someone was there to help me! 2. The van absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke and the smell clung to everything. I could not have handled this smell if I drove more than the 50 miles I did. Otherwise, I'd use this location again!

John B.Be more clear about the surcharges, was charged much more than I was told. Also, don't tell the customer they'll be charged a fee if the truck is returned “dirty†when the truck was filthy to begin with.

Yara M.I have a UHaul pickup location 1.5 miles from my house. I had to drive 17 miles one way to pickup my trailer. I was not happy with that pickup. Not very convenient.

STACEYLOUISE T.When picking up the truck the check engine light was on. I asked for it to be noted and turned off. The associate told me they would update and to take the truck to another location to get the issue resolved. I lost almost 2 hours trying to get this resolved. Honestly the associate just wanted to rush me out the door and make the truck another location's problem.
WESLEYS H.Don't allow people to choose a pickup location that does not have one-way trucks. We had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the truck.
JOHNR JR W.The inside was filthy, had to wipe the steering wheel and the wipe turned black there was dirt and sand in the back. I was given 3 dirty blankets to cover the dirt. Yikes!! Never again from that location.

EDGARP JR P.My only issue is- I reserved a truck from the Walden location which is 5 miles from me. Somehow that was redirected to Newburgh which is 15 miles from me. Pretty annoyed that I had to spend another $20 in miles

Donald D.Using the app was annoying. I entered all my info before I went to pick up the van. At home I scanned my license and uploaded the images. When I arrived to pick up the van the app asked again for scans of my license then asked for further documentation such as a another reference or a copy of my passport. I am standing in a hot gravel parking lot being asked for something that would have been easy to arrange before i left home. I even watched the video on how to complete the rental before I left my house and there was no mention of a need for any further documentation. Luckily the vendor was there and was able to erase the original reservation and get me a van. I was very unhappy with the web interface and will not use it again.

Frank S.I reserved the 10' truck to do a cell phone pickup at 9am. I didn't arrive to the truck for mobile pickup until 10:30, unusual things happened. But the mobile app said that my reservation expired so I waited until 11am when the U-Haul store opened. My reservation was for all day! It shouldn't have been cancelled.
