Locks and doors are quite sturdy and secure, would be hard to break into. Facility itself is secure. Owners are awesome people and popped out on 2 or 3 occasions when I messed up and didn't have my key or something similar.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with WBSS nothing but help and genuine happiness from them nothing was too much trouble and nothing was a problem. Its a shame a lot of other companies do not adopt the same work ethics empathy and understanding. Would recommend to any one needing storage WBSS is the place thanks Guys for making our move back to the UK so much easier

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with westbank self Storage. The owner was exceptionally kind helpful polite cooperative amazing deals and seemed genuinely happy to have my Business I received a larger unit for the same price as a smaller without even asking. Everything was just so easy. I won't ever use anywhere else and will only ever recommend West bank self storage. The units were large dry clean 100% saccess to the units was extremely easy. This is the way businesses should be run in my opinion there's no question in my mind as to why they're so successful.

Our assigned unit’s locking device was out of reach of my wife’s shorter stature and was sticky to operate. Otherwise, the space was clean, secure and plenty adequate for the many storage boxes, tools and toys we needed to store while moving to our new home.

I would highly recommend this storage facility to family and friends. The staff was always pleasant and very helpful! They also put me in touch with a fella to hire to help with my my move. Moving can be so stressful, they were able to take so much "stress" off my shoulders. What a gift to have found that place, the staff there are wonderful! I'm so grateful for all their help.

I can not say enough good about this place! We have dealt with other storage facilities before, and Westbank Self Storage was by far the best experience. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff to make your move in and move out seamless. Units were clean and so easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.
