The overall experience was very easy. Jeff arrived early and hooked everything up for me. I literally was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I'll definitely rent from here again.

Please don't cancel my reservation the day before for no reason again. That was terrible. No one there when. I showed up for my 10am pick up. Had to redo my entire reservation over the phone. Wasted an entire hour we were suppose to be loading.
ROB KleiserWife reserved a U-Haul for pick up Saturday 1/27 for us to move furniture to Bloomington on Wednesday 1/24 from the Ferdinand Indiana location. Hours posted online at location on Saturday are 7am - 12:30pm. Showed up at 9:30am and doors locked & no one at location. Called the number & left a message at 9:30am. Went home called again at 11am. Young man finally answered at a service station. He stated u haul person wasn’t in today. I explained situation & gave him my reservation number. He said he would get back with me. He called about 15 minutes later and said he could meet me at location. He was a nice young man. Had his phone out with a man that I’m assume was in charge of U-Haul rentals. We spoke over phone to complete transaction outside in the rain. Man on the phone was rude & acted annoyed that I was bothering him with this on a Saturday. Will not use this location ever again.

DAVID GRIFFITHI was told when I made the reservation that insurance was $8 per day. When I got my receipt it was $16 per day with a 5 day minimum. This is the second time my cost were higher than what was initially quoted.

Herbert GriffinTruck I reserved was not available at time of pick up. Ended up at a location 15 miles away but got an extra day for my trouble. After initial reservation received a call from U-haul offering a 20 % discount which I agreed to but at time of pick up was not honored. Too late at that point to do anything about it.
Tom KessensMy son’s personal keys fell out of his pocket and he only realized it after we left. I called location owner and he went there immediately, found the keys and placed them in agreed sumpin place so we could go pick them up. He stayed in contact with me the entire time. His name was Jeff

Ever SerranoThis was my first experience with the self check in. To start with someone else took the truck that was on my contract. Made a quick call and the manager was there as quick as possible to get things straightened out to get me going. The manager was quick to get me going ,very friendly, and apologized for the inconvenience. I had the right sized equipment and on my way with a full tank of gas. Overall everything worked out well at this location.

Susan DawsonAfter dealing with JEFF and his rude comments about how he could make more money off another customer moving to another state, he was upset that customer service adjusted the price of the 20ft truck to the 10ft price. It was not my fault he was unable to locate the appropriate equipment. Also he text messaged me multiple times the day prior to my scheduled rental wanting my credit card information via text to an unidentified phone #. His messages were unprofessional and so was the condescending remarks he made. Every interaction with JEFF was inappropriate. I will not use or recommend this location again. I made my reservation 3 weeks in advance. I will contact customer service for clarity, I am concerned with the invoice I received. It appears to reflect an equipment rental charge that I did not rent. This should have been so simple.
