The people at the Paducah office location on old Mayfield Rd were excellent. Beverly is an angel and worked with my family while we moved and helped us out as well with extended rental questions and concerns.

The truck was clean, but in need of multiple repairs and maintenance.the app was an absolute nightmare and extremely slow. The location was fine.

Also the truck was not full of fuel either so we then need to put fuel in the truck before leaving town. This was not a good experience at all and for the price that was charged for this. Bill WEquipment was excellent and ready when I arrived to pick up. Only issue I had with picking up the truck was the UHaul app. It took numerous attempts to complete the check in process. 1st the app couldn’t find my location, then it said we didn’t have a reservation. After 45 minutes of my 8 hours to have use of the truck, the app mysteriously started working and we were on our way. The app could use a little “tweaking “

RAMNIK PYour customer service is horrible. You changed my pick up location 3 times but when I tried to change the drop off location I was going to have to pay a charge. You are the least expensive but the hardest to deal with. Next move I will pay more to another company rather than put up with a company that doesn’t care about their customers once the equipment is rented.
Dave M“Customer service representative “ at this location was extremely unfriendly, laughed at me and rolled his eyes upon pick up and drop off. He was untrained in the rental process, flippant with me and very clearly annoyed that I was there. The truck I was given had a stage 5 roach infestation. The front left tire had a cracked valve and I spent 4 hours at truck stop during the night waiting for Uhual Road Side to DISPATCH a service provider. I will never use Uhaul again. Im so thankful for the Houston Texas staff, especially Lisa, the Traffic Control for Houston, and Rudy the Manager at the downtown Depot who accommodated me with a new truck to drive back to Kentucky, as I couldn’t bare to have another roach crawl up my leg or fall on my head. Ive returned my truck 48 hours ago and still have yet to hear back from Keith Blue the Western Kentucky Field Manager. ZERO STARS.
