Limited availability. Mud in bed of truck. Can had dirty floor. Unit could not be lock due to lock was in poor condition. A closer location to my residence had plenty of available trucks and we didn't find out until after we had rented. I was told a total price and was not given a choice of add-ins at pickup location.JIMMIE W.

I had a 26' truck reserved. After being called and told the day before the rental I would have to go to a different location than the one I reserved I was not very happy. I arrived at that location at opening (10am I originally wanted 9am) I was informed they did not have the truck either. I was instructed to call customer service. Then after getting the run around I told them I would take a 20' truck. This location didn't have that either. So I had to go to another location again. I was finally taken care of at walts. However the overall experience was trash to say the least. Walts was great but uhaul, having me run around to three different locations and not having what I reserved weeks in advance leaves me not wanting to use the company anymore.Doug R.

The only problem I had with the drop of was the first location they sent me was further away then the second and they still charged me over mileage on both places so instead of being over 9 miles we over 10 miles either way the second drop off was way better then the first address they gave meApril R.

I dropped off trailer after hours so I did not talk to any one. Lay out of property made it easy to drop off and park trailer. My experience was very good over all. Pickup went easy, my trip I had no issues with equipment and return was easy too,lance C.

I like renting from the unhaul location on 10th Ave In Columbus. I originally placed my reservation at that location online, but apparently all of the reservations was taken. I was sent to Walt's Automotive on Victory Dr. And my overall experience wasn't good at all. If I ever need another unhaul in the future, I will never ever go back there.Lisa D.

U-Haul changed the rates from my previous use a few weeks prior. If you U-Haul is unable to receive equipment on a Sunday they should not charge the consumer more. I posted the same thing twice just to double my chances of you reading this.Daniel M.

The pay wasnt good. .99 a mile local. It cost me more in miles than than it cost to rent the truck. Maybe the first 15 miles should be free. Cause the mileage starts from pickup and ends at dropoff. The majoriry of my miles were from the truck pickup location to my actual pickup location. My pickup location to my drop off location was 7 miles.SHEERON R.
Classic case of a business taking advantage of military by over charging us. I took a video of everything (to include referencing a date and time just in the beginning of the video just in case they try to say that we couldn't prove when it was dropped off). Everything was fine and within the mileage limit, appropriately fueled at drop off, the cab was cleaned, and there was no damage to the "Mothers Attic." Still charged an additional $130. We were told in Clarksville that we could drop it off at any location in Columbus. Will be takingGregor I.

How about giving out a truck that has a charged battery. When I signed for my new house I was starting the moving process and the truck died on me. I had to call a friend to get jumped every time I need to go somewhere with it. I had to leave the truck on for 3 hours just to get a charge on the battery which drained my the gas. In which I had to pay 36 bucks on the truck where I should of paid 15-20 at most. Horrible expirence. Will def consider and business next time I move!Kerwin F.
