No indication of where truck should be parked. While returning truck at Watson & Taylor Self Storage in Galveston, received text message to return truck at a different location. This despite the fact that I was informed that i could return the truck at a location of my choice on Galveston island. Was also charged late return fee which is not correct. Truck was returned on 22nd at 10:30 AM. Security camera footage could prove this.Paul C.
Could not follow check in app and take pictures to check in truck. Logged I. But kept defaulting to turn in keys and that was it. No phone contact, sat on 800 li e for over 20 minutes. If the $20 service fee for check in is because of this, please remove it.THOMAS B.

Again, nice folks and they waived a drop off fee. My son and I had no luck checking in around 10 PM last night. Your app apparently couldn't locate us. We gave up not knowing whether the task was completed. Got an email the other day saying we needed to call, did so, explained what happened, they kindly waived the fee as I said.John R.

Just make sure when the person brings the truck back they put gas in it. When i purchased mines wasn't any gas in it. I also didn't get reimbursed for my gas i put in.Anthony G.

I was quoted a price of .33 cents per mile, but I was charged ,79 cents per mile. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.....ethel L.
I tried calling both the pickup center and the main U-Haul line. I was picking up at 6 pm, so after hours. But no one answered me even on the main line. I thought it would be appropriate to have someone available to answer my questions. That was pretty disappointing.Shelly S.

The dogs barking when I dropped off the keys were a bit off putting. I thought the big one might jump over the balcony. It made me hurry along.Teresa M.
I would only suggest that if a previous driver allows a pet to travel in the cab that they sweep/wipe it down. The cab should be cleaned just as well as the truck.LaDonna S.

ALWAYS check to be sure your customer has a smart phone!!! Luckily I had one!! Little did I know that I would need one for the rental drop off process. A friend of mine would definitely have been in a bind with the drop off process since she has an old cell phone, NOT a smart phone!! On the upside, Sam was excellent with the rental process!! I really appreciated the extra mileage once she explained to me that the miles allowed only mean from city limit to city limit. You should consider changing that little rule!!! Especially when one is moving to a metropolis the size of Houston!!!!Joyce G.

Make sure the internet is working. I waited about an hr for my reservation. I was very displeased. I was not even offered a discount for the amount of time i waited patiently. I called ahead the day before in order to get the reservation too. I overall disliked the experience.Michael O.

This location is on an alley behind a strip mall. My return was after dark and it was an unsafe place to be especially after dark. Very poor lighting and secluded location. Also difficult to find.Janice H.
Ms. Rose was very professional, extremely attentive to the details, and made a difficult situation bearable, with a smiling face; excellent demeanor, and I would be proud to have her as the face/frontman/spokesman for any company. Called & informed her the Uhaul a/c wasn't working. She said she'd make notation. No one ever came to fix it causing me to have to move when it was evening. I called again and stated I wasn't paying for an extra day. Now I see I have been charged for 2 days!! I returned the Uhaul on 11/27/2017!!! I was also charged more when I got there than was quoted to me by Uhaul themselves. Not sub-contractors. I've used Uhaul for over 40 years. I will NEVER use Uhaul again and I am not paying for a move in a hot truck with no A.c. Plus charged for a day that never existed 11/28/2017 !!!Sharon W.
