At pickup, I had requested furniture pads and declined insurance. No pads were provided, and yet I was still charged for them. I was also charged for insurance, after declining it. Uhaul has not reversed either charge. The contactless pick up also did not work, which meant had the attendant not been there (he wasn't upon return) we would not have been able to pick up the equipment.COLIN G.

When you call ahead for a truck, while you already have one sitting in your driveway..it blew my mind how LONG it took to get truck #2. Was well over 20 mins., and when I delivered the truck back (overfueled and cleaned) I was told I payed $10 for a dolly I DIDNT RECEIVE, rediculous.Cindy M.
Person who was at the location was just fine very nice person...but the person on the phone helping him through the process was a complete ASS and very rude to me because he didn't explain what he was asking me.
