She planned for our rental in advance and contacted us prior to the reservation date to ensure we received the equipment needed on hand. Uhaul needs to coordinate their reservation system so that customers can get accurate info online. Each location does things differently and it is never a straight forward process.david A.

I made a reservation on line but on arrival I was told I had no reservation. I was sent to another location with no trailer that I ordered. I went to yet another and was told there were NO 6x12s in the whole city, which she knew because she cared enough to get on lone and look. Why didn't the first lady do that?! I went home and printed my order and took it back and finally got the trailer but they clearly weren't happy. Seems maybe a technology issue. Tried to get a truck a few days earlier and couldn't anywhere because the Dealer/Uhaul site was down, Had to convoy multiple car loads to another town. Disappointing.DAVID C.

Rusty was very unaccommodating. He did not notify me that there was no room to drop off my trailer even though it was on my reservation and when I asked for assistance on what to do next he said â€œnot my problemâ€. I then asked for his help backing up my trailer in his congested parking lot and he would not assist. I will never do business again with someone so rude and unprofessional. Please check into this location and feel free to contact me with any questions concerning this incident.Vincent M.
