It took too much time to rent the UHAUL. I had provided all of my information online when I reserved the UHAUL. I had to provide this same information when picking up the UHAUL twice. Once because they did not have my info & a second time because the system was not working correctly.Paula B.

I did not use this place to rent storage because they do not value the one month of free storage given by U-Haul for renting a truck. Therefore, be careful when picking a storage place!Morgan K. | Reservation

I reseved my reservation at 1 pm and arrived to the designated office but they mentioned that I'm now allowed to take a truck because there was only 1 truck and someone reserved it earlier than me. Anyway, I just understood and tried to get the truck and the officer told me to sign some paper which was auto-insurance. Through my online reservation, I exclude it because I don't need it. However, when I pick up car, they dont explain in detail but ask me to sign on some paper which is not necessarily required for me. And then they charge $14 more for safe-move..Junsang C.

Firstly, I didn't receive an email from uhaul explaining how to pick up the truck. I was told it would be ready to pick up at 8pm, but it wasn't clear whether someone would meet me or how to get the keys. We attempted to contact the after hours number of the business with no success. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes trying to figure out what to do. The next morning, I'm told if I don't come get the vehicle, they will open up availability to others (pretty much gave me a 10 minute warning). There was also a pair of dirty underwear in my truck, and the sliding door got stuck in the lock latch multiple times and would not close, which was extremely frustrating. We rented a truck for a short period of time. We needed to move two couches and a few buckets from our storage to our home. When picking up our truck we were never told to check the inside of the truck. We were given the keys and contract before driving off. The inside of the truck was not clean, but looked as if it had recently been driven. When arriving to our storage and opening the trailer there were water bottles, several pieces of torn cardboard, as well as someone hair band. We moved our stuff and returned the truck. When checking the charges on our credit card we were charged a cleaning fee. I called the business and spoke to a rude female named Samantha who informed me she was the one who cleaned the truck and she was the one who charged us the cleaning fee. I explained to Samantha that the trash was in the truck before we rented it. She told me we should have brought the truck back or called the business, I would not recommend renting anything from this company. We did not have any cardboard in the stuff we moved and none of our boys wear a headband! We did not eat or drink while having this truck! Samantha is terrible at customer service and stated that the truck was previously rented and returned by two other staff members between shift one received the truck and the other checked it in. Samantha states that her staff said it was fine and it must have been our trash. We have used uhaul many times in the past and have never has any problems or extra charges on our account. This is very poor customer service!!!keighton D.

The tank was not actually full when I picked up the truck, although it was claimed to be. And I was charge 2 gallon gas ($8) for only 7 miles! The latch didn't work well. The door was completely open when I got home and I lost a big black suitcase!XUESU X.

Customer service was incompetent. Threatens to come get truck and not give me my property. Tried to call girl working, who said she is assistant manager, she very rude and did not know how to handle an irate hot and tired customer. Also, the truck would not start. Called roadside and instead of getting a tow company out of college station they got one out of Caldwell.. Not the same town....60 minute e.t.a...there was no way I was waiting 60 minutes, with my children in the heat. We were sweating and hot. The very rude lady at the office said we should have went somewhere and cooled off, well I didn't want my stuff to get stolen bc the truck did not lock in the back. I had a lot of stress going on and did not need the attitude from your worker. The young man that was working the day before was very kind and nice. Make him assistant manager, cause the woman you have now is terrible. Also the jumpstart that I paid out of pocket for bc I didn't want to sit in heat was $45 by Priority Towing. I will never recommend this place, as a matter of fact I will let my family and friends on social media know all about my experience with We Rent Storage. Thank you.APRIL C.
THe location was excellent, the counter clerk was great. The only problem I had was with how the reservation was made. I specifically requested the location on Texas Ave. They understood that and told me it was going to be there. I went and waited almost an hour before I was able to determine the reservation was moved to another location without any communication from the reservation center. Not happy with how the reservation was changed with out my approval or knowledge.driver F.

Worst experience ever! I had to cancel my moving plan because I was allergic to something on the seat. I felt so itchy and the skin appeared rashes. When I called road service and U-haul office, they both wouldn't like to help me return the truck and I was told they will add my balance until I returned it to them. The truck stayed outside my house two days. I have no choice. I wrapped the whole seat with many large plastic bags and returned it. They charged me and no apology from U-haul. It is totally a nightmare!yu C.
I had registered at the location at hy6 and 2818. I went to pick it up there, the men there were rude, and unhelpful. They simply told me I had to pick up the van 20 miles from where I wanted to pick it up. This of course added to the milage I ended up paying for. The men at that location are rude and I will never use that location again.nicola N.
