I wanted to check in at 9:00 the location didn't open till 11:00. I was told that would not be a problem with online check-in. What a lie. I could not verify myself even though I have an account with U-Haul and my driver's license that I submitted online. My account with you all goes back to 2012 I believe, and I will be closing it in the upcoming days and finding an alternative to U-Haul. The agent that I spoke to on the phone when I could not verify myself. Let me say that again I could not verify myself I was connected to some verification over the phone where that agent hung up on me. What a dog and pony show.SAMUEL R.
Ms Linda and family went out of their way to help us retrieve my son's wallet. He left it in the truck and dropped keys in the lock box. Twenty minutes later we realized it was gone. This was a few days before Christmas and after hours. Ms Linda was having Christmas with her family from out of town. She answered our call and arranged for us to get the truck keys back. All this was after hours and much appreciated! Merry Christmas to all!june S.

The mobile check in process took way too long and was slow. I had to provide alternate contacts which I was not aware I had to do until I got there. The mobile check In takes way too much time!!Jason H.

Your all's online system is awful. It took us over an hour just to get the truck and then it took us longer to figure out how to turn it in. We used the website to check in and out but kept getting disconnected so it never let us do either.Tony K.

I was originally supposed to pick up the truck in RICHMOND,KY but they did not have the truck I needed or any truck really. Then after I get to the location in Richmond, I am informed that my reservation was moved to a place in IVRINE,KY (which was an additional 30+ miles). The numerous UHAUL reps that I spoke to said that my price would still be the same. However, when the truck was returned, I was charged for the extra mileage as well as gas that was put into the uhaul. They did not ask me what it was when I received the UHAUL and the business was closed by the time I got there. So I ended up having to call uhaul again and do everything over the phone. Not one time was I asked where the gas was or mileage. I assumed what they had told me previously was correct. This was a total nightmare and I will not be using uhaul services again.Megan G.

The truck roof leaked and stained a brand new 3 thousand dollar matress. Otherwise it was a very beautiful truck. Great gas mileage too. Sincerely, Derek Hebert.derek H.
The 26 foot truck that we had ordered a month in advance for pickup at 9:00 AM in Richmond, KY was not available. I was called 5:00 PM the night before moving to be informed. A truck was found in Irvine, KY, a 30 minute drive and that location did not open until 11:00 AM. I had already scheduled paid movers to assist in the loading of the truck in the morning and not only did I lose their help, I lost the $150 paid up front. Add this to the extra gas I had to pay for. To add even more excitement, the location was full of cigarette smoke, I ended up paying for an appliance dolly that I didn't even take with me, and the truck had not been cleaned or inspected before being rented to me. The trailer smelled strongly of cat urine, and much to my surprise I swept out a dried up cat turd amongst the debris left in the trailer before loading it. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. I will not be using U-Haul again due to consistently poor customer service and business practices.Patrick M.

Try to return the utility trailer did not see any place to park it. Try to call many many many many times!!!!!!! Did not see any place to park the truck or put the trailers. I had to call 1-800 U-Haul to be able to get hold of the person so I could drop off the trailer and the truck because I wasn't being responsible for any being stolen. Had to put the trailers in front of building where Cars Park and then had to park the truck about a block-and-a-half away in front of some storage building. HOW IN THE HELL WOULD OF KNOWN TO PARK THE TRUCK THERE !!!!!!Larry P.

I was extremely disappointed with the overall charge I received after the job was done. Webb Rental was great and I would use them again, but I will probably never use UHAUL again. The rate charged for less than 48 hours was ridiculous.Chelsea B.

This location they sent me to was 25 minutes out of my way, when there are at least 3 locations within 5 minutes of where I lived. That store wasn't even open, they had left the key under the seat. I had ordered a dolly online and it wasn't there. And there was less than an eighth of a tank of gas in it so I had to fill it up immediately or it was going to run out. But yet my contract said I had to return it with a quarter of a tank left!saran B.

Too out of the way. I rented online and chose Richmond location. Nothing I saw noted that this site might not be the actual pickup site. The actual pickup location was approximately 18 miles out of the way, therefore adding approximately 45 to 50 minutes of extra total drive time to my trip. The pickup location was a smoking facility that was extremely difficult for me to enter due to my asthma and allergies, causing me to have an asthma flare up that made the rest of my day loading and unloading the truck, extremely difficult for me. Uhaul, you need to do much much better or I will take my future business elsewhere.Mark K.

I ordered a moving dolly and blankets and this location was unable to provide me with either both. The engine light was on, the top corner of the vehicle had a whole in it so water leaked all over my belongings. To pay over $200 for a rental and then another $100 in gas was a little too pricey for me. I'm disappointed because U-haul is the only company I've ever used to help me move and I've used U-haul at least 6 times.Larry T.
