The lady at the haul places very friendly and very nice but again I had trouble getting my key on time on because the computer didn't tell her we were picking them up at 7 o'clock at night so she had come back to her place to give us the key drop off was easy though today

I reserved my truck never got a confirmation went to pick it up the day I was supposed to pick it up at 7:30 at night and they did not have my truck I had to come back at 8 o'clock the next morning and pick up my truck the lady was very nice in the morning and I and had no problem after that but the truck was there the night before just none of the paperwork was done nor were the keys left and ready

I was unhappy with my most recent Uhaul experience. It was significantly more expensive than when I used the same rental agreement a few weeks prior. The pick up location kept changing. The drop off place changed to one much farther away. I called & was told I had to pay for the extra mileage to the further place. I said no. The guy said he would add 3 extra miles for free. I said no, that wasn't what I agreed to. So he finally added more. When checking the agreement online before moving, they had me down for 2 different rentals, one as a one way, and one as returning it to the same pick up place, which I never asked for. The whole thing was just a hassle on top of an already stressful time. I would try hard to arrange a different situation the next time I need to move furniture. I want to thank Arnasia Faison (Wee Care in Wallace, NC) for going out of her way to help me. She was a huge help when I was getting conflicting info from the main Uhaul numbers I was calling.

I had no problem with the personnel at both the pickup and drop off locations. My problem {and why I will never use uhaul again} is your customer service at the corporate level. I made the reservation over a month early to make sure it would go smoothly since I had a time sensitive delivery. I reconfirmed the reservation details three times including an 8PM call the night before pickup and was assured all was well. When I went to the pickup location I was informed that my trailer was available, but the truck for towing was at a location 26 miles away. I had two 45 minute drives before I could retrieve the trailer. Needless to say, my timeline was completely disrupted. When I went to turn in the truck and trailer early, I was told that location would be unavailable and to go to a different location another 25 miles away. The final "kick in the head" was when I was going to be charged for the additional miles on the truck which I used during pickup and drop off. A sympathetic agent at the drop off location agreed to waive the charges due to the circumstances. How could I ever use or recommend uhaul after this experience. I have used other companies in the past with no problems and unfortunately will have to use them in the future. William Vance

The pickup is at a daycare center. No one had any information and the person who deals with it was always out. I had to call the 800 number twice before my truck was checked in and when I order it I could not get the truck I wanted or requested. I had to settle for the one I got. Nothing was Supervised and no knowledge was given about as anything except to call 800 number.

not charge me a 15.00 dollar plus 30.00 dollar cleaning fee after I paid for 4 days and returned the trailer in 3 days just as clean as I had received it. If you are going to charge me a cleaning fee, just take it out of the 1 day early I returned it with no refund. If this fee is dropped I will use and recommend U-HAUL to any one, but I am 100% sure I do not owe this fee. THANKS JAMES PARKER

U-Haul customer service needs much improvement, I picked up truck on a Sunday, did online pickup, had problems and had to stay on hold waiting for someone in customer service for twenty minutes, your online pickup and return needs very much improvement.

Drop off was very convenient but not clear where to go once I arrived. Better signage and a store front other than having to enter a day care center to drop off keys. Location is good... need to improve store front in Wallace.

Create a way to make the 6 x 12 trailers more user friendly when hooking and unhooking from vehicle. The lift from the ground may be too much for some people.

This was just a drop off box attached to the outside wall of a daycare. Very poor location without any instructions on where to put the truck or anything.

Nothing to do with the pickup site, but trailer was greasy. Previous renter must have moved greasy equipment in the trailer and left it that way. Many of our pieces of furniture got grease on them, so much so the feet made grease spots on our rugs when moved to the destination oocation.
