nothing!! this place went above and beyond for me. and i cant thank them enough. i would defiantly rent from them !!! they made sure that a truck and an auto transporter was there for me when the ludington, Michigan could not get a transporter and told me I had to drive 60-80 miles one way to get one!! where wellston michigan whice is only 27 miles from me would have both for me. so thank you so much to you guys A+++++++ service

There was sod in the wheel tracks and the plastic fender cracked. Gal told me to go ahead and hook up trailer by my self. The next day at 4 am in the morning I found the lights did not work. I had to hook up my own lights on it. When I brought it back that afternoon I told the guy I wanted some money back, he looked at it and found the wires were corroded and pulled out of connectors, he was very kind and refunded a little money. He said they should have hooked it up and checked it before I left. I told him the gal told me to go hook it up and I assumed the lights worked.

Seems like a 12 page contract is a bit complicated for a one day trailer rental. But ya can't beat $30.

Failures in the computer system made for a long pickup time. The place is a repair shop that also does U-Haul and I am comparing them to other places I've rented that only do U-Haul, so of course they don't compare favorably. On the other hand, when taking away the computer problems, the service was friendly, low-key, and effective, so I would definitely recommend them.

The rental went very smoothly. The employee hooked up the pig tail for the lights so I did not have to get in the ground and do it. And the trailer also pulled vey well

Help with drop off, (i.e. offer to help un-hitch). I asked for a block so the hitch wasn't dropped in the snow and mud (not provided) vs. just 'inspecting' the equipment to ensure I didn't damage the trailer.

Only one employee knew how to work the UHaul computers system. He left in the middle of processing my reservation because the computers were running slow and he needed to "Run home to get something". I was left to stand there. Another employee contacted someone else who knew how to work the system via phone. My reservation was finally completed 45 minutes after I walked in the door. I feel it is unprofessional to leave a customer just standing there in the middle of their reservation, because the computer system is moving slow. He wasn't helping another customer during this time. He had to run home"to get something".
