We did an after hours drop-off which was quite convenient, however, the parking lot is not marked as to where to park the vehicle so we were worried we would be fined for being in the wrong location. It's also not lit very well so taking the return pics was a little difficult.

Charged $50 cleaning fee even though the truck had been cleaned plus $20 service fee.
BTW the U-Haul app is seriously buggy and half the functions do not work.

No signes for uhaul parking. Parking lot was very small. When drop off only handicap spot available and a parallel park spot available.

The location was a half an hour away from both my home and my originally selected pick up spot, adding an additional 20 miles to my overall journey and making me go over on my mileage. Also my reserved moving equipment was not there but I guess I still got charged. Total bullshit.

Both Mike and his manager, Josh went over and beyond to see that we were able to get our trailer when our vehicle was ready to travel. We experienced a last minute delay and they arranged to get our trailer and keep it on their lot until our Jeep was ready. Mike was very helpful before hand with things we might need to purchase and what to expect while driving.
Thank you so much to both of them.
We will definite rent from UHAUL again in the future.

No rental damage check, fuel check or mileage check was done before I left the lot. I was told everything was fine & have a nice trip. After about 200 miles of driving I discovered the ramp on the tow dolly was broken because it fell out & dragged on the highway. (Safety hazard)
