I had a hard time logging into my account. I'm So glad I went early tot all to someone. If I had waited until Saturday morning and experienced all those technical difficulties logging in on the phone, I would have lost the time and my movers would have gone home. Thank God for the guy who helped me on Friday!

I didn't use the app to get the truck. When dropping off the truck I tried to return it thru the app, but didn't recognize the number I was typing in. Nor did it show me having a truck rented.

No rental damage check, fuel check or mileage check was done before I left the lot. I was told everything was fine & have a nice trip. After about 200 miles of driving I discovered the ramp on the tow dolly was broken because it fell out & dragged on the highway. (Safety hazard)
