We were overcharged for our rental by $120.00. I received a bill via email that was not even close to the amount we agreed upon. As of this afternoon , I have not heard from Wesco to remedy this. We picked it up and returned it to the exact location with the gas filled back to the level we received it. We were charged for a dolly that we never requested, nor used. The driver reported it was not a smooth ride at all. I would not use U-Haul again at this location. I will be contacting the corporate office to report this situation.

Soon after we left we got a call that we would not be able to pick up what we had planned and rented the pick-up truck for. We tried calling customer service to discuss a credit of some sort for next weekend (we were gone less than 30 minutes and only drove 2 miles before turning around driving the truck back). After being on hold for 15 minutes we just went ahead and returned the keys and paid for it. There should be a way to contact support even when the office is closed, or a small time/mile window where if you return the car you don't have to pay the full price.

When we returned the truck, someone had parked a pick-up truck where our 26' truck was supposed to be parked, which made parking very difficult, because the parking lot is super small. Other than that, pick up and drop off were quick and simple, even dropping off after hours. We really appreciate this equipment being available to us. We wouldn't have been able to make this move without it.

Truck was very poorly maintained, whenever you pay to having something to help you move instead of putting the miles and wear and tear on your personal truck shouldn't be worried about having a issue with it breaking down. Also note the person running the u-haul center was extremely rude acted as though i was inconveniencing him trying to come rent a truck. Did not feel welcome coming into the lobby, hard to find, a real piece of work running the desk. Might go with penske next time may be more expensive but if trucks and customer service are better very much worth the price

You could have the office stay open later than 3- even staying open until 5 would be an improvement. I also think it is not fair to charge people $20 if they make a late drop-off without using their smart phones. NOt everbody has a smart phone. That is a classist move.

No one mentioned the $20 charge for turning Uhaul in at 12:58 because they closed at noon. We had the truck for 3 hours and paid $80 plus dollars. I will be calling around in future if I need a truck. The gentleman at the counter was unhelpful, unfriendly and not informative at all. It all in all was not a pleasant experience, we only drove less than 20 miles. The charge was just too excessive.

Location said it was open at 9:00 - I arrived at 9:15 and it was locked up. They asked me to back the trailer into a tight spot, but I do not have any trailer backing experience. After some frustrating directions someone offered to just back it in for me. That worked. I understand their frustration, but overall not extremely friendly.

The only thing I could say, which didn’t bother me, would be to get the construction going on completed as soon as possible. The parking lot isn’t very organized because of it. But again, it was not something that bothered me.

The employees were courteous and helpful. I take issue with the layout. The lot is small and one customer was blocking access to the back lot where I needed to pick up my trailer. He parked in front of a sign which stated "No Parking". I had to wait for him to complete his transaction at the desk before he would move his car. I asked him to move but he refused. We exchanged angry words. Please enforce "No Parking"... refuse to work with customer until he parks in the designated area.

Employee was professional and informative. No issue; facility wise a lot to be desired. Will never return...chose it because of distance from residence; lacked resources...found out on site no dolly available or pad lock to secure truck. Was informed they don’t rent or provide for one way rentals?? Why isn’t that advertised...would have selected a different location.

I came to the store to complete self-pick up through the UHaul website. Firstly, there are 4 parking spaces (literally) available so I had to park a block away and walk which cut into the 10 minutes early I arrived as suggested . Then the app/website said a vehicle hadn’t been assigned to me so I had to wait in line as they only allow one customer into the store at a time. While waiting the website updated to allow me to go through self pick-up. However, ultimately I had to go inside to get the key and since they only allow one person in at a time I had to once more wait in line. It took 50 minutes to get the van. Then when we got back to the house there was no appliance dolly as requested (and ultimately charged for).

My debit card was charged before I ever got home with the truck. Which I understand. The truck was returned the same day we used 12 miles and had a full tank of gas in the truck (which is what we had started with). I was due back approximately $41. It had been 4 days since truck was used and still no refund have called uhaul toll free number twice. 1st person told me it would be back in my account that day. Today I am told it takes 3 to 5 business days. However they have not attempted to refund the money. I was given the regional managers name and phone number and he does not answer is calls or return them. It just amazes me that they can take the money out of your account in a matter of minutes but it takes it will be 2 weeks by the time according to the toll free number that I will have my refund.

My trailer was ready when it was scheduled and the location hooked it up for me. I have rented here several times and never had any issues. I will be back next time. People complain about unhooking your trailer should go during their business hours or call ahead. I am sure they would help you also.

When we arrived to drop the trailer off no one was there. The door was locked and no one was answering the phone. We had to find a place to leave the trailer and find some rocks and scrap lumber to hold it in place and disconnect it all on our own.
