Evelyn the lady at the U-Haul counter, accompanied by her son, handled my rental transaction. Instead of providing professional assistance, they seemed to gang up against me. Their tone was condescending, and they made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. My overall impression of this U-Haul location is negative. I expected a smooth rental process, but instead, I encountered unprofessional behavior and inefficiency. As a customer, I deserve better treatment. I strongly advise potential renters to explore other options before choosing west coast self-storage transactions with “Evelyn” . She should not be in that store.

Gavin FTruck was decent but service not so great. It took the front desk person 30 minutes to get us checked in. The office is supposed to be open till 6pm but we were told to bring the truck back before five cuz she was leaving early. Arrived around 3:30 and nobody was there. Called the listed number and were told to leave the keys in a drop box. I asked for a return phone call to verify my charges since there was no one in office to confirm the mileage and no damage to vehicle. Never received a phone call. Instead got my receipt by email and I had been charged for two days of rental and insurance when I only had the vehicle for five hours. Not the end of the world but still pretty disappointing
Irene DThis location did not check my vehicle in for two days after I returned it, resulting in an overcharge and me wasting my time to deal with the situation. On top of that, the location was non-responsive to my requests for support for over a week. I will absolutely not do business with this location again.

Nadia SThe trunk at times would not stop when the brakes were applied. The truck would skip forward like it was trying to go into another gear. This happened 4 times. The last time I rear ended someone. I need U Haul's insurance information for the person that was hit. At the time of rental no insurance was offered to me.
KEITH KI have not rented before and I will definitely rent again. One of my main reasons for that is the guy Garry that works at the counter. He just explained everything so simple. Very helpful.

Laney Rnot charge people for stuff they didnt buy or want. i was overcharged on my rental and the UHAUL rep added insurance that i didnt want and charge me for an after hours charge of $20. that i didnt ask for or want . OVERCHARGED $40 ON A $100 RENTAL THATS A %40 OVERCHARGE SO F-OFF UHAUL

Dolores KCustomer service rep did not walk me around the vehicle to inspect for damage when picked up. Vehicle had a dent in the top and after I returned he called and said I damaged it. Very unprofessional.

GREGG MTruck rental was great. A little question on fuel charge (I purchased fuel and saved the receipt, fortunately) but resolved well. I would rent here again. Wish they opened earlier as 10 am means valuable hours lost.. Moving help not so great. No show. I would not use that service again.

Jesse DMy only concern is that I had to wait almost 15 minutes outside the office as the door was locked and no one was in the office. I arrived on time (4 pm) to return my truck only to find a sign posted “Return at 4 pm”. I called the posted phone number to tell the staff that I was on the premises only to get a voicemail message. Finally at 4:13 pm two employees entered the office and checked in my truck.

MICHELLE BNot the location, the vehicle was neglected. Steering play, seat very uncomfortable, drivers mirror would not stay level, initial acceleration too jumpy. This vehicle needs to be put out to pasture or fixed. Still have not received contact regarding contested fuel charge.
Sam Rthe app would not work... location services was on but still would not work.. initially attendant didn't seem to understand that I needed his help and was dismissive. But he came through. Since the app would not work, we were told that we had to return truck by 5 even though i paid for 24 hours. fortunately we were done early. App sucks!

MARIO PThe guys there were helpful enough. But my contract was changed 3 times from the original contract that was established before I left Oregon. Plus they sent it to Eugene,Or. When I gave them the address of the Uhaul in Roseburg,Or. The destination of my choice. The whole computer system of Uhaul needs severe updating!

Sherrie Cover charged .apply insurance cost without requesting . It will take a week to get the $10 overcharged (aside from the forced insurance charge) i usually pay about $44.00 for this type of rental Bd mileage. i will not do bussines with this location again.

Baia Lclean up the interior of the cargo vans, the seats were full of dog hair. my main complain trough the years has been the cleaning of the vans, since I rent once or twice a month.
