Get better customer service support at toll free number. I called 2 different times because I had go to location twice due to issues with your app. Wait times of 63 minutes and 55 minutes are unacceptable when you press the option that you are on site returning and need help. I was over charged and the renter didn't come check the truck out before I left with it.I felt like I was over charged.Dekeadra H.
Upon drop off of the truck, after I didn't the mobile drop off, took picture, etc. we went into the store for drop off the keys. We were then told that the drop box was not working and had to move the trick to a different location!! More miles. More time. Called customer service. Was on hold 25 min then when the call was answered the person could only open a dispute. She tried to transfer me to customer service, She could not complete the transfer so just left me ok the mine until I finally hung up after 15 min!!!!susan G.
Uhaul promised me $50 back for a no guarantee rental,but i never received it ,when i went to pick up uhaul,they didnt have the size i needed and i drove so raggedy, worse experience every with uhaul,ill go with pensky or Budget next timeJennifer D.

I had to wait over an hour to pick it up because The persons in charge could not check me in they did not know the process, they cancel my reservation and did a new one and then when i took it back same thing, took foreverRAUL D.

Had to wait forever because the I pad crashed and had to go out of the way to this location because u haul called me a day before my trip and told me my original pick up location didn't have trucks available. This location was not somewhere I'd choose unless under absolute emergency circumstances. While the owner was nice, she was unorganized and not helpful. Equipment was not ready for pickup and some things were out of stock which my move harder and more manual.Tyisha M.

There was no drop box, the store manager had no idea about any Uhaul services or what a drop box even was. His store closed at 9 but he locked his doors at 8:20 and refused to let me in so I had to yell through the door to try and get some help but he was no help at allEdward B.

I dropped off the truck with extra gas, a day early. The place is a convenience store that is trying to do too many things at once. The attendant tried to be very helpful but had little to no experience checking trucks in, and was constantly interrupted by retail customers. I give her an A for effort and intention, but the operation as a whole, D- fior everything else.Robert J.
