I was also pre-charged for supplies I didn’t order so had to ask for a refund for a large amount of money! Then I had to pay for the rental and that really depleted my budget!! I’m still waiting for my refund. I would appreciate this compensation ASAP.

Tony BrickleyU-Haul is still the best! Needed a trailer to haul some landscaping material from local big chain hardware store. They had a trailer available for $40 for 4 hours. Got the U-haul for less than half that and for 6 hours, allowing me to do a couple other things with it. Reserved on line, picked it up in 5 minutes and returned in less than a minute. Thanks!

jesus garciai did not realize i would be charged a 2nd day. the west richland rentals was closed. the yard was closed. i was not going to leave trailer avalable for theft. by just leaving out front. custermer service excellent west richland excellent. uhaul could be more understanding. had i known a charge i would of used trailer rather it sit in my driveway for a day.
ramon moffettReceived truck with bald rear tires and no gas in it. After filling up the truck with gas, it was noticed that one of the rear tires was flat and had a non-repairable hole in the tread. Returned truck to store and employee indicated that he had no other trucks available and that I would have to call roadside assistance. Fortunately, U-haul customer service was able to upgrade us to another truck from the lot, to the dismay of the employee at the store.

Thomas Bridgeswas unable to check out online when the truck was returned. This ended up costing more money. I called the vendor and left a message in regards to this issue on their after hour voicemail. They never returned the call, nor made any adjustments, nor made any effort whatsoever to reach out to me. I am disabled and I was wiped out after the day of the move, which took a good week to recover from. Not only did they have my contact information, they had my son's information, he picked up the truck. My son also tried to check out online when the truck was returned, but the link would not work. We also had a third party try the link and it still wouldn't work.

Leonard JolliffNect time don't threaten me with recovering the truck after 1 day when I had rented it for 2 days. The email said you tried to call me, you did not! I called the location I rented from and he was great. U hauls automated system sucks.

David WoodsI ordered a vehicle dolly, but upon arrival was told it was unavailable. They sent us 12 miles further to another dealer who had only a vehicle transport trailer...NOT what we desired, but we had to take what was available. The dealer helped hitch it, but did not know about the fold-down driver-side fender which allows the door of low-clearance vehicles to open, which allows the driver to exit the vehicle...neither did I, until I called the original U-Haul location. Disappointed in the lack of training and experience of the Sunnyside, Washington location!
