Such friendly, cooperative, helpful people. I arrived near closing but they got me set up and off and on my way with detailed instructions on where to call ( 1 800 U-Haul) if I ran into trouble. When the straps on the dolly got fouled at about 1 am I remembered where the phone number was on the truck because she was so careful to point it out to me. The young man who came at 1:30 fixed it quickly and got me back on the road in 45 minutes. U-Haul... you have done a great job of training and customer service awareness preparation. Steve McCurdy

The pickup location business was fine. My only issue is that a 5’x8’ trailer is not that measurement for usable space. Possibly exterior measurement. Inside, you are shorted by more than 4” each direction. A real pain.

Computers ran extremely slow and couldn't process our reservation. After 20 minutes, they had to start a new reservation and didn't have the equipment we asked for onhand.

I rented out a truck on Monday , returned it on Tuesday. I was charged $29 for the day plus the miles fee all that added up to $43 . When I went to return the vehicle on Tuesday the person who did the paper work for me the day before wasn’t in the office , one of the employees of the store received the keys and said he had everything down (Milage, Time and gas tank that was return ) So he could give it to the actual person that works receiving the trucks and paper work . I made sure I took pictures of time and date of the drop off . Yet I was charged for another extra day because of the lack of responsibility and communication between employees . I’m still waiting for my refund .

I ended up paying 84.55! I was charged the standard 19.99, 14 for insurance and I paid 20 dollars for unlimited miles within town! When I returned the van, there was another 32.55 charge on my account, which is a double charge because I’ve already paid the 20 for unlimited miles! This is double charge and fraudulent at best!

The lady that owns this store is the worst. She literally will not shut up. She got my method of payment wrong after I specifically told her I wanted to pay another way, simply because she wouldn't stop talking about conspiracy theories and Trump. Stay away, support someone else's business.

The staff at the site were very kind and helpful. The only reason I couldn't give an excellent review is because the truck was in VERY bad need of getting it's shocks done. It was painful to just drive on a city street. Not a great thing for a moving truck that you've put valuable, fragile things in.

I have been moving since I was 18 years old, now 54, and always have used U-Haul. However, this location was the best one I have ever used. The lady called me the night before to verify I still needed the truck. I was late coming back and they both were there outside waiting on my to return. Most companies would have stay closed and charged me an additional day. The service was excellent and they were so friendly and helpful. I will be using them again the next time I move.

this is not a regular uhaul location. it is a resale shop. when i arrived i waited nearly 10 minutes while the employees were smoking in the back. after getting their attention, lady was trying to complete the transaction thru her phone which didnt work. than tried using her laptop which was taking a long time. they were nice but not what i was expecting. They do not carry packing tape or boxes. If i had needed that I would have had to go some where else.

I'm not happy at all with uhaul. After i made the reservation, i received 4 or 5 texts stating that i needed to use other locations for pick up. i called the original location where i booked and they said ignore those texts we have a 5X8 you can use so just come here. i got there at scheduled time and they denied that conversation and told me i had to go to this westheimer location. what a joke. i had also pre-registered everything including uploading my drivers license and had to go through the whole check in procedure all over again. It was ridiculous.

I do not believe that they would have to improve on anything. They are very professional and helped make my moving experience sooooo much easier. I contacted 2 other Uhaul locations both didn’t treat me as if I were a customer or that I mattered. They messed up my reservation. However Candy and Frank are amazing they made me feel like family and helped me when I thought all hope was lost for a truck on a busy moving day (Sunday). So huge thank you to them.
