Richard HTis location was not the problem ==it was the process of emails with specific pickup address confirmed, going to that place only to be told there wasn't a truck and sent me to a different location that supposedly had the truck requested and that place then saying their's was reserved to someone else. This all occurred on move day with a full day of driving 400+ miles away. My mover actually found a place 50 miles away along our route to pick up a truck and was told to call reservations to have the pickup location changed once again. No one ever told us we could not call the pickup location for reservations. I will never use UHaul again!!

Richard RThe lady who handles the U-Haul stuff at this location is very friendly and knows what she is doing. The guy who hooks up the trailer is also very knowledgeable. This location ROCKS!
Lloyd MVery bad experience with U-Haul this time. Had to change pickup location twice due to trucks not being serviced, then had to wait at the final location for a flat tire to be fixed. Didn’t get the truck on time, picked it up 4 hours later. Was charged for insurance, even though I didn’t ask for it! The vehicle I was towing on the transport was incorrect, even though I told them 3 times what I was hauling!
Dewey Hrear lights didn't work
Jesse MImprove location services. The UHaul website had location enabled and still said I was in the wrong location and would be charged. To my knowledge it’s the only UHaul location for 20-30 miles, and was clearly marked.
