They didn’t check in the truck for over a week causing me to get calls about the truck not being returned. I was blamed for miscommunication that was clearly on uhauls end. I’ll do my best to never need to use uhaul again

Tashina JDid not have the two dozen furniture moving blankets in stock that I had ordered when I reserved the vehicle. No one one reached out to me to let me know and advise options. The u-haul rep signed the rental agreement in the customer's place. I NEVERED SIGNED THE AGREEMENT. Very unprofessional.

Jared EBy the time I got to the location to pick up key for the truck I rented considering it was a 24/7 pick up and drop off site, the U-Haul representative was not there anymore and store attendant that was working there had no idea how to give me my key or what to do. Was even suggested I come back the following morning instead. I had to call U-Haul direct to resolve my issue but with everything that went on it literally took me 1hr 30 mins to pick up my rental :(
David HCargo hold was dirty, mud on floorboard, Front end of vehicle shook, grabbed left or right pending which front tire hit a pot hole and hard to maintain on straight roadways because front of vehicle was not tracking roadway as the back of the truck. ALOT OF SWERVING AND SCARIEST DRIVE I EVER MADE!

ELIZABETH DWhen we arrived the keys were locked in the van and we ended up having figure out how to get in the car ourselves. Once we got into the van the battery was dead so then we had to jumpstart the van. We were told we would be helped out with a discount but never got one. Also our pick up location is as changed three times, total nightmare experience.
