They are a third party, and my overall experience was horrible. Communication with U-HAUL customer service was terrible, I couldn't get there right people on the phone. They literally gave me the run around. I was transferred 5 times, and still didn't get transferred to the right folks. I ended up hanging up the phone. Your app doesn't work, and it has glitches. This company make to much money to have a poor built app. Customer services need people who can problem solve.
