The front end was out of alignment pulled real bad to the right. Real bad for the long drive I had to make in one day. Lots of hours stranded intense steering.Diana M.

Very nice guy and very helpful. Couldn't apologize enough of the problems I encountered. I told him I still needed a truck 2-3 times more to finish moving. He said to come directly to him and he would do what he can to keep me satisfied.John C.

Me being female and the one renting, young guy only wanted to keep talking to the friend with me that had nothing to do with rental that was a guy. I mentioned I was one renting and he still did it. I walked out. I was suppose to be getting my rental from ashflat and wasn't notified of change till morning pickup at 8:22 am of 10 am pickup that location changed. Girl at ashflat knew on Monday she couldn't cover but I was never noticed until Thursday at time listed above by text message. I am not happy at all. I went to my car outside sage office and called little Rock office. I came close to cancelling but she got me to keep. My who ml e move was affected. You need to clean up and out those two offices. They are both a disgrace to your orgainization.Judi J.
