The folks there were very friendly, but it just seemed to take a long time from start to finish, for me to rent it. I stopped back to add on a car hauler, after the big van was loaded, the guy was super nice, but I had to wait again for him to show up. All in all, everything good!

None of the added equipment was on the truck, specifically the furniture. Kudos to Hannah who checked me back when I returned the truck. She was awesome. She handled everything very smoothly and was very friendly. If not for here, the experience would have been below average.

It’s a nursery and appears to be just a drop off place. No one was able to assist me disconnecting a 12 foot trailer from my vehicle. Anyway it worked out but if it were my wife dropping it would have been an issue.

I used a U-Haul truck in Nov 2018 to move from Indiana to Georgia. I did the same move this month. I reserved the truck a week in advance. The time to pick up the truck and return home to start loading was more than twice the time it took in Nov. 2018. almost 1 hour. It was as though U-Haul had no idea who I was.

Let the customer know that there is no equipment at the pick-up site. Also I didn't receive the equipment I ordered. I think the gas should be left full. It's too hard to know how to get it back to where it was and I paid more for gas than I should have. I also did the pre-check in and even with that it took at least 45 minutes to get the truck and that much time when I returned it.

The only issue we had was that the cellular service at the location wasn’t great so it was kinda a lengthy process to check in and out. Not much that I think could be done about that though.

Great service and staff! Very convenient new location in Brookville. I'll definately be back for some of the decorations they have for my yard too!
