Paid almost 800.00 for a uhaul and it had a misfire in the motor a bald tire the mpg was way lower then it should be even at 55mph on straight hwy gas mileage was bad spent over 1k just in gas alone the motor kept bogging down trying to die and would try to die at idle I will never use U-Haul again
Billy SDrop off location only, a few miles out if town, no personal on site to help. I paid the extra $ for assistance but no one on site.
Sherry REverything was great except my contract stated the truck was full of gas when it had a little above 3/4 tank. I had more gas in it when dropped off at White Whim and I get email stating I owed $35 for 7 gallons of gas. Not happy at all with that. That is also $5 a gallon when gas her is $3.27.
ALICE DLocation was closed when we dropped the unit off.
