My paperwork stated that I had to return the truck by 7am on 3/14. I arrived as requested, but that facility does not open until 9am. I followed the directions online and dropped the key in the key box, so I never saw anyone. On another note, I was very disappointed with the U Haul help that I paid for. they arrived 1 1/2 hours late, they were very unprofessional, dragged containers across my finished hardwood floor and scratched it. I paid for 2 men for 2 hours and had to let them go after 1/2 hour, I was so frustrated with their performance !!
Alessandro RI was charged for an extra day when I had followed the instructions given to me by U Haul I find this to be deceiving

MATTHEW BMy reservation was changed by u haul to two different locations as the equipment was not available even uhaul didn’t know. Uhaul Should have compensated for that.
MUZA PThe U-Haul online rental process does not work well, frustrating to use.
Kenneth SI made a reservation for a uhaul for $430. After being bounced around from location to location in search for a truck, I found this one. Without an option, because I already had movers coming and my move out date set, I was charged over $800 and did not have a choice but to accept.
JACOB BLee helped me unload the car dolly and helped me check in the rental equipment. He acted like he cared about the quality of the equipment and my experience.
Brian SI was overcharged, $19 and some odd cents double book me for insurance twice waiting on a refund didn’t even keep it 24 hours
