Explain pick up process, I had to speak to a gas station attendant who didnt know the process and he called someone who works for uhaul on his cell phone and I had to speak with this uhaul employee while he checked me in after I had already done the online check in moments earlier.

I had to call and verify everything over the phone because the onsite rep wasn't trained to help me. The , the GM told me that I would get a $50 charge, including the mileage charge, for leaving my vehicle at the location that I had a storage unit at, which was fine until I got charged $165. After getting the run around by the other store and corporate, I have yet to get a phone call from him to refund me.
