Dealer was not there when we arrived. Fumbled around the rental process. Did not have the dolly that was reserved and although said sorry, made excuses like it really wasn't that big of a deal, and it impacted our move greatly. The office was a mess and our move was delayed because of their inefficiency. Would never go back there and would never recommend to anyone.

Wilson furniture was great. But we were originally suppose to pick up a truck at Naylors in Martina ferry but when we got there they were closed. We called and they told us that they knew nothing about it and couldn't even find anyone to come and help us,I think maybe you should check into this because this caused a great inconvenience, luckily Wilson furniture was able to help us.

Although this pick up was quicker than the last, I can't wait until the office is moved to another location. Right now you have to go into Wilson furniture, and ask for someone in the U Haul department. The Wilson staff treat U Haul customers as annoyances. I even overheard one saying she can't wait until they move the U-Haul business out of there. She knew I was waiting because she was the one who told me to have a seat. So I think that snide comment was for my benefit. My previous Pick up experience was the same with the Wilson staff treating me as an annoyance.

I think it is ridiculous that you charge $.99 a mile. And I put gas back in the tank as well.

The whole experience was awful, charged me for insurance I didnt ask for, changed my pickup location and my drop off location without notifying me so I had to drive an extra hour for no reason.

Make more information available about the equipment such as more dimensions referring to the height of the hitch off of the ground for the towable units. The 6' x 12' unit I rented was tilted towards the rear and the contents, even though I tied it off settled towards the rear as we traveled. That unit has an overhead roll up door and it was difficult to get the door open after arriving. If the hitch height was known I could have brought the correct equipment to level the unit. Please post more dimensions on your website. Thank you!

Went in at my reservation time. Has to wait on him to flip through a furniture catalog with one person and had to wait for him to help an elderly woman with looking at a set of recliners. Waited almost on hour there while they had other employees that could help them. While he is the “only” uhaul associate.

The equipment was in top notch shape, I had no issues whatsoever. Jason Wilson was extremely accommodating and beyond fantastic to work with for my unique situation with moving my aunt To Bridgeport from Columbus OH. Excellent service! Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks!! Thanks Jason!

I showed up for my rental and there was no one there on the Uhaul rental end. I was told by an employee to go ahead and take the trailer since I completed online check-in. An hour into moving things I get a call saying the online check-in had not completed. I rented a 4x7 ($14.95) trailer and according to the online check-in process I wasn't going to be charged anything more for the 5x9 ($24.95) because that was the only available equipment. An employee calls and says there was an issue with the online check in and that he would call me back. I took the equipment back that afternoon not having heard from him. I called him back and said that I had returned it. He asked that I send a picture of the equipment which I did. And then he calls me back saying that there was an issue and he had to cancel and reenter the reservation. This triggered the full price. And then he added the safetow which I had opted out of and charged me $35.00. I said after my card had already been ran that was not the correct price and he told me find where it said only the $15,. Why should I have to go out of my way to correct their mistakes. I cant help there was no one there. Very stressful ontop of a stressful day of moving.

Truck was not available at scheduled time. Pickup location was using truck for its own business purposes delivering furniture. Uhaul contact personnel was helpful & courteous in addressing the issue but situation was out of their control by then. Appreciate the compensation for our trouble.

Actually do your job. I was made to feel bad for simply picking up abd dropping off the uhaul. I asked for NO special treatment whatsoever. I just wanted to be able to get tge vehicle without waiting an hour and jumping through hoops. When i needed to drop it off the pickup location did not even do the proper paperwork. Dont provide a service then get annoyed when someone uses it. I got the uhaul at that location because it was open on sunday. If you dont want to deal with it on a Sunday dont offer the service. I would have gone somewhere else and with a different company which i WILL do in the future.

The entire process was a hassle had to call 800 number after another location said they had a truck available, the rep told me that location was not avail. Then someone else called me after giving my cc info and was not familiar with my location so after getting that squared up the text message to confirm my reservation nobody ever answered then after telling the rep and the salesman would be bringing the truck back afternoon the guy called me and yelled at me because he had the reservation showing to return at 11. He was very rude and should never deal with customers. I work in customer service and know how important these surveys are I would never score poor on anyone unless the service was absolutely terrible! The whole interaction was a mess
