Erin WI rent uhauls alot and this store was by far the easiest store I have been to. Mandy was so nice and friendly and helped me with my rental . I had to extend my rental and she made it a flawless transaction.. you need more people like her. Also the other girl that was there helped me also and she was just as nice and friendly as Mandy.. excellent stor I will be doing all my business through them from now on.

carolyn tMobile App did not work. The tire pressure light was on when I checked out the vehicle. It would be nice to know the actual air pressure in the effected tire was at a satisfactory level at time of checking.

Michelle WI turned in the van less then an hour after renting and I still have not received the email that the lady said I would receive once they checked it back in. I should be getting a credit back haven’t seems that either. I also think that they should check it back in right away while customer is at the location seems a little fishy to me. I’m going to call and speak with the owner I met him and his wife before.

Jonathan WI wanted to do a one way trip. The rude lady in the office never gave me that option so I had to double back and bring the rented truck all the way back to Wilson and accept a late charge for it and a mileage charge since I went over the mileage expected to be used. I was overcharged tremendously and I do not appreciate it. I will be struggling for food till my next check simply because I wasn't given the option to drop off the vehicle in a location near where I moved to. Zero stars will never go back to uhaul. 2 men and a truck for the win!
Gabriel WSend all of your customers to this location, the location on forest hills rd does not answer the phone and there is no one on site. Also the location on highway 301 does not have anyone there as well and they also do not answer the phone.
FRANKLIN WStaff was very professional, friendly and polite. All my questions were answered before signing the contract. I would highly recommend this location for all your U-Haul needs. Definitely five star service.

Allison HThe truck was given to me with less than a 1/4 tank of gas. Upon the return of the truck the representative said everything was fine. After leaving, I was double charged. I tried calling the location, but they would not answer. I returned to the location to discuss the over charge and was told that I was over charged because the tank was less than a 1/4 tank. I explained to them that it was given at less than 1/4 tank. The representative stated that it was only a little less than a 1/4 tank. She called her supervisor and they stated that there was nothing they could do because I had already been charged and a customer concern would need to be completed. This is first problem I've had with Uhaul and this experience makes me not want to use the services again, especially not for this location.
Shekeila PWell, the first time I went to this location was closed. Nobody notified me. Today Monday, the guy in charge had an bad attitude. The 10 foot truck was dirty and had all mechanical issues. I have to call road assistance. Need to be service badly. Terrible business. I should get a refund!!!!
ELIAS JMake sure the gas you state that is in the tank is accurate and more than just 1/4 of a tank. At least have 1/2 tank of gas

Tenesia TThe two young men did an ok job and they are somewhat experienced. They left over the wardrobe closet on the hallway which they did not try hard to move it to the bedroom even I said we could get it in. And I have to move it in later by myself and it was about three to four inches extra tall. Other than that they did good and were very careful with stuff they moved. Overall I think they will be doing a lot better because they still young.

Stacey Cthe location is inside a laundry mat in the back not a typical Uhaul building. Just a small sign hanging under the washland laundry sign. The guy travis-trent? Was very nice when I called on Sunday to see if I had to come back to get truck bc it wasn't the right drop off. He said I was "good, he was able to check me out with no problems "

Petina Gwas over charged for 100 miles!! when i literally went only a few miles and back!!! the person who did this was unprofessional and not paying attenion and was very rude when i wanted a refund. then decides to come outside and say whats going on? not professional.

Kiara HAgent lied to me about procedure and charged me for 2 days and told me that if I turned it in before the second day I would be refunded for the extra day. They did not refund me and said this was how they do business basically and stole over 100$ from me and then had the balls to charge me another 23$ more for milage. I will never use uhaul again.
