Didn’t get all of the directions to get in gate until I arrived and not posted anywhere that you can’t get out the gate without car

Nikia DMy issue is much more about the check in process than the location. The check in was absolutely horrible. Remote check in took 2 hours, including an hour of being on hold while we were standing in the middle of nowhere in the rain. It was not easy and there was no advance notice about what would be required
