The location is scary! It is a mini mart of some kind with a bullet proof window and “Blunt” advertisement stickered all over the front. The cashier looked stoned and we couldn’t hear him through the window. He also didn’t tell us the return time or go over anything but the gas refill. He just asked my employer and typed some things in and gave us the keys, so we ended up paying extra when we could have returned it at 3 no problem. The only saving grace was they had the U-Haul size we needed.

The rental truck I asked for was not available, I understand this isn’t the establishments fault but I had to make additional trips with the smaller truck due to lack of space making my rental more expensive.

Tell the vendor to ask the customer if he needs anything additional, for instance: Do you need any blankets, two wheeler, etc.

I did not reserve a truck at this location. I reserved a truck from a location that was actually near me and a week after reserving, I was told my truck would not be available and I was forced to go out of my way to get one. I had no choice in the matter. I also received conflicting instructions about where and how to return the truck. Your company is incredibly disorganized and clearly does not care about customer convenience let alone integrity.
