Christopher MAt 1345 I returned the truck and found a sign that they were closed until 1500 for lunch. Truck had multiple points of damage. Some marked some not. Like bent rear fender and gouges down the side of the truck. Ramp was not properly maintained and was a safety hazard when used due to being able to mount it properly on the deck. I had to drive with the windows open with outside temp at 100+ degrees due to a bad popping noise when the truck engine was running. Sounded like a really bad exhaust leak. U-Haul had to change the truck location as the truck I was told was not available at the location by my house.
Greg FReservation was incorrect. Did not request dolly nor furniture pads. Was not given the equipment and had to return to retrieve. Only took dolly.
