JESUS JThis location is in a small rural community of approximately 5,200 people and is in a home converted into a business (a towing / wrecker company which is probably the main source of revenue) and also is the only local U-Haul location. The trailer (a 4'×7' open trailer) had leaf debris in the front third of the trailer. And as cordial as the young lady seemed to be who looked to me like the person running the office, she very rarely turned to face me while asking questions to fill out the contract nor did she ever make eye contact with me - which tells me that she was not really interested in my business. Of course, this behavior could, in part, be promulgated by the owner of the business since I feel certain that his wrecker and towing business is first and foremost on his mind which he most likely causes the office manager snd others to understand as an unwritten rule. This location also does not have any retail display space and does not stock boxing tape, tape dispensers, pad locks or packing material of any kind. I made a trip.to the local WalMart to purchase a tape dispenser. Thank you for caring enough to ask.

Michael pMake sure the equipment reserved online is available for pick up so customers don’t have to waste 6 hours of their day getting the equipment. Make sure the equipment doesn’t smell like cleaner.
Heather SKimberly was amazing when we needed extra days because our loading and unloading help we thought we hired never showed up and the Great Freeze of 2022 happened. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked.

linda kThis is the 2nd truck I have rented. The first truck was junk. Hard pulled to the right and shook badly if you drove over 55. This truck was newer 38k miles. Steering wheel was off center to the left at 10 o'clock position. And 1 mirror was cracked

RICHARD DIt was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I should get my money back!!!! They changed my reservation like 5 times, I had to speak to 15 different representatives a few different managers! It was just ridiculous and then 1 representative actually told me oh it happens deal with it. I want my money back
