David BanksThe mobile pickup experience was not good. Very cumbersome! Also, I pre-ordered furniture pads but none were in the truck. I had to go inside to get them which defeats the purpose of the mobile pickup. Also, the truck was not very clean … cup holders were disgusting.

I ended up having to upload my license and another driver’s license two separate times and there seemed to be a lot of unnecessary steps to retrieving the truck. It took me over 40 minutes to work through the process on the app.

Arun KrishnanNothing over the top, service was very good because their were two customers. My daughter and I played find the uhaul man with the "U" while waiting for the store to open. I could not rent a trailer from UHAUL without going to a UHAUL place to get approved and yet my Jeep Liberty put on the entire system and I haul a boat at least twice a week every week from May until October which is north of 3,000 lbs, so to save time I took a 10 ft truck, next time I will give my business to someone else. Not the stores fault it is uhaul.com fault.

U-haul agents at each location and the Cincinnati branches call center--both! were of the utmost help. Flexible and knowledgeable they made the last minute adjustments with my mobile data failing during crunch time

Kevin WermuthCargo van was very dirty inside and windshield was covered with bugs, dirt, etc. when I picked it up. I had to vacuum the cab section of the van to clean it and wash the entire windshield before driving the vehicle on the highway.

Marcy LassenThe gas tank was not on full when I picked it up, so it was hard to determine how much gas I would need upon return. I overfilled by a quarter of a tank of gas, what with gas prices so high I was out quite a bit.
