chris V.The app wasn't working. It would not load so I had to login and sign in online. Also when I picked the van up the dashboard said that the right rear tire didn't have enough air in it.

If I wasn't ready to just get my task over with I would've canceled my order and went somewhere else. I'll never go to this location again or recommend a friend.

Cheryl S.The van I rented had low mileage. It started and ran good. The only thing I didn't care for was, there was several strands of what looked like dog hair on both seats and the floor.

GLEN S.Was incorrectly charged for half a tank of gas when that was the level of gas showing when I picked up the truck. I disputed this charge when returning the truck on line process, yet was completely ignored and charged me anyway. Now I have to waste time to rectify. In future, call me if you don't agree.

Roberto S.Did not have supplies in truck that were requested. Took 3 calls to customer service to get dolly and blanket charges reversed. Mobile check in was a huge hassle.
Michael B.The QR code did not work- it took us to a UHaul page that was not available. I did not have the Uhaul app at the time so couldn't check in the truck properly by taking pictures etc. Plus it was dark and raining so difficult to read instructions. I called the 800 Uhaul number later that evening and the Uhaul representative was very helpful. Like always, Uhaul did a great job!!
Susan S.Everything was great, however, i had ordered 20 furniture pads, and when i got there, they told me they didn't have any. That left me in a pinch trying to assemble blankets/sheets to protect the furniture i was moving. They should have called me 24-48 hours in advance to tell me vs. letting me know right when my move started. They did give me a partial compensation for this, so I did appreciate that.

Andre B.The cargo truck I rented was not there. The location was changed at the last minute and they had nothing available. I had to change locations again and was given a ban not a truck which did not fit everything I needed. So now I will have to rent another truck instead of being done with my move.

Amy B.It was dirty in the back, front someone before is left key s and lid to container.. So was not cleaned or looked at before renting out. We of course vacuumed out the back before we took it back, so the next people would not have all the stuff on mat in the back..
Louis M.I couldn't figure out where the windshield wiper controls were. Perhaps a little chart/picture with wiper control, headlights control, where the hazard lights button is, etc. Thanks! Working with Woodcraft furniture for my rental was great. The people there were great!

GINA G.Booked 10-foot truck, but 15-foot one was provided. The truck was clean, but engine warning light was on, and I had to go to Sharonville to have it “fixed†(the light turned on again on next day). Personnel was very friendly though.
Ming T.The company was available and made sure my equipment was ready. But.... The truck was not cleaned from the previous user. The inside of the truck was full of food crumbs. The cabin smelled of cigarettes and there were ashes in the door which was used as an ashtray. We had to drive the truck home to clean it out which made our moving trip 1 hour behind. I would recommend that anyone plan on cleaning the trucks from this facility before using. Yes, it was returned cleaner than we received it.
Rebecca H.Nothing- process couldn't have been easier or more convenient. Person who helped me was friendly and competent. He completed the rental process via an app on a smartphone, which is a major improvement from typical uhaul locations which all seem to rely on technology from the 1990s.
ANDREW S.Answer the phone during business hours. Only get a recorded message over and over, no live people, no returned callback. You should always mention the 20$ fee for returning a unit when store is not open, its almost cheaper to keep the trailer an extra day. Other wise all was good.

BRIAN B.There was no one to help me put the trailer on my truck and it was a 6 by 12 covered trailer. I hurt myself trying to lift it high enough for the hitch. Lifting a 150 pound tongue by myself is not very convenient. I was not told I would have to do it by myself until I called 15 minutes before my pick up time to make sure the equipment was there and by then I had no time to get anyone to help me. Therefore when I dropped it off I had to use a hydraulic Jack that my father had and set it on blocks of wood just to get it off of my car.i am very disappointed and will not rent from uhaul again unless it is from a main store.

Wilberto A.My experience with U-HAUL is good. My concern listed and solved. About the location: trucks from this location was always clean before but this time, truck was messy but they cleaned it immediately after I reported. Even though I returned the key, they didn't close the contract for 2 days until I called customer service. That's a big surprise.
