I rented a truck and 2 peoples to help me move and i call to confirm that they say they meet me at the house at 11:00am but no one show up and call them but no answer then i call haul for help but they told me to talk to other third party i wait like 40 minutes no one pick up the phone. So no way I can't get my money back. So i have to call my credit card to stop the payment so hope i can get my money back so in all I rent a truck for nothingTyler D.

I've filed a formal review of service due to extreme complications associated with keyless entry process. Uhaul corporate has significant issues to resolve with this process which could be an advantage in the COVid environment if done properly. Currently waiting for GM to return call, ironically the GM is given up to three days to return the call. Say what? This clearly is a poor reflection on the company and validates the poor customer service received yesterday from multiple reps. It starts at the top and rolls throughout the organization. Look forward to hearing from the GM, tick / tock.....#2756192Jim E.

The gas tank gauge was slightly below full. I photographed it. Throughout the trip, the gage fluctuated. This is very confusing when filling the tank with fuel for return. This should be fixed so the consumer knows the exact reading.CAROL L.

Trailer worked but had a bad vibration. Phone number to contact U-Haul at this location 513-336-6988 did not work at all. It rang with no answer. I had to use the direct line to the Woodcraft Furniture store the attendant gave to me on-site of 513-573-7001.Colin V.
For online rental process, Instructions on the email are very clear about picking up the vehicle but are not as clear for returning the vehicle. There should be a note marked in Red - "You should be at the u-haul location while processing the return online" as one can return online only if they are the the location other wise it won't allow you.Manish P.

The process was easy. I had to extend my time of the rental and that was not easy. There should be a phone number on the app to call to make this happen or allow a means to change your return time through the app.Stephen S.

Little knowledge of the equipment and didn't explain how the braking system worked. So i assumed it didn't have any. Had to drop off the trailer early after it put my family and other people on the road at great danger due to the braking system not functioning a steep decline in the road. I will be filing a separate complaint for damages done to my vehicle after getting the brakes inspected/repaired. This has been the worst and most danger experience I have ever had in moving.Brian M.
